“I ordered 2 pieces of software from Stacksocial. I discovered that they would be incompatible with my computer. I had not opened the software or tried to download them. Stacksocial customer service said that I did. They eventually refunded one of the two after a complaint. I was not refunded the second one.”
“Overbilled for voucher. Invoice at Stack shows $45 but they billed paypall $49.99. I didn't spot the overcharge until I started reviewing records due to issues mentioned below.
Then when I used the voucher I was billed an additional $6 by rosefarmers. I was trapped at this point as it was now to late to get a delivery date elsewhere in time for my parents anniversary. So I placed the order and contacted stacked to fix.
After a few days stacked contacted me requesting info that was clearly stated in original complaint. I now have a 7 email chain with them asking the same questions over and over. All for information included in the original complaint.
No refund on overcharges at this point. And rosefarmer has now rescheduled delivery to after my parents anniversary.”
“Never thought my item would take so long. I still don't have it. Therefore, I'm not very enthusiastic with the service. I will not be ordering anything else once I receive my order.”
