“Please email me with any ready sets . I would need the pads for the area rugs like before. Looking for stair threads to match at least 13 plus a larger double pad for top of stairway. Would like navy pattern on the outside with a beige on he inside....with dark redish accents etc... would need a 5 by 8 rectangle to match for living area. Please advise. I bought from you last year and was extremely pleased with the service and the product. Thank you.”

“The customer service was incredible...An error on my part...ordered same runner twice! It was immediately picked up and an email was sent to me to confirm my orders! Also my order was EARLY. “Rug Depot is a great company with terrific customer service. Awful product. Ordered a Loilo 5x8 black Juliana rug. It was beautiful. However, it's impossible to clean without damaging it. Everything sticks to it like Velcro. If you vacuum without a beater bar, nothing comes up. If you vacuum with a beater bar or try to sweep it, the nap on the rug comes up and is permanently damaged, with the fibers on the rug feathering out in great clumps like cotton candy. I guess the only alternative would have been to try to clean it by getting down on my hands and knees and using a lint remover! At any rate, it now is rolled up in my closet and will probably leave this house via a garage sale if I can get $15 or $20 for it. I didn't try to return it because it's damaged, so I'm stuck. Worst $$ I've ever spent. Awful manufacturing!”

“I have never been more pleased with customer service as I have been with the Rug depot. I worked with Meg and she was so incredibly helpful! She kept the whole experience positive and exciting. She was so great at following up with me to make sure I was happy throughout the whole process. I would honestly never go anywhere else for carpet!”
