Rug Depot is a great company with terrific customer service. Awful product. Ordered a Loilo 5x8 black Juliana rug. It was beautiful. However, it's impossible to clean without damaging it. Everything sticks to it like Velcro. If you vacuum without a beater bar, nothing comes up. If you vacuum with a beater bar or try to sweep it, the nap on the rug comes up and is permanently damaged, with the fibers on the rug feathering out in great clumps like cotton candy. I guess the only alternative would have been to try to clean it by getting down on my hands and knees and using a lint remover! At any rate, it now is rolled up in my closet and will probably leave this house via a garage sale if I can get $15 or $20 for it. I didn't try to return it because it's damaged, so I'm stuck. Worst $$ I've ever spent. Awful manufacturing!
