“The Rug Depot took item: 152907 Bellevue BV3199 26" roll runner and made an "L" shaped runner. "Hi Meg, Wow - that was incredibly fast!! Got the delivery this morning and rolled it out. Everything looks great!!.....Excellent - very happy." Bob”

“Many thanks to Meg for her excellent service and also the great product. I searched the web and could not find a better company for providing so many runner choices with lower prices! She spent a lot of time in providing me the information about the products and design for my stairs. She kept me updated about my order. She cares so much about the rugdepot customers! I recommended this company to my friends for runners, and will order more for my another stairs in the near future.”

“Hi Meg: The Rug arrived on Monday of this week. I don't know where the time went, It's been a whirlwind. Thank You for all your help in this process, you are wonderful. I could not be more pleased with the selection I made, it will be the crowning glory of this renovation, I am certain. You have provided the best customer service I have ever recieved, hands down, no contest. Thank You. It will be awhile before all is done, but I shall send you a picture of the finished staircase. “I’d like to recap how pleased I am with Rug Depot as well as Meg O’Leary. I have been looking for some time for stair treads that would match my existing hallway runner. I found Rug Depot on line. They presented options for stair treads but since I couldn't be sure if they would work, I contacted them & was connected with Meg, she was prompt, courteous, professional, & she gladly accepted the challenge. The treads needed to be made up with a rubber backing so that I wouldn't have to nail them into my stairs. After a few back and forth emails, Meg presented me with a sample pattern, & an option with a rubber back, a quote & even went so far as to let me purchase (1) complete tread so that I could place it in my home to see if it was everything I needed. To my pleasure, it was PERFECT, I was 100% Satisfied. In closing, anyone with any special need or simply having questions with their products, I would STRONLY suggest using Rug Depot products, & certainly Meg in customer service!”

“Ordered through ebay with free shipping, realized I measured wrong and stair treads were a bit too wide and too long. Not only did Rug Depot let me return treads they custom cut new one's to fit my stairs for even exchange. Mike is awesome, great customer service.. A+++”

“Dear Rug Depot, I would like to particularly name Mike sales rep and Chris stair runner installer as just the best. I got excellent treatment and attention from start of project to completion. I had 3 large stair cases ripped out and replaced with a beautiful carpet I must say I just love! The comments I have received were just what I wanted to hear, elegant, classy and beautiful. Who could ask for more?! Treated with respect and full attention. I have owned several businesses myself and generally find customer service greatly lacking. I can confidently recommend the Rug Depot and its staff to any folks contemplating making any rug purchases or installations. Takes a lot to impress me and yet they did! “Just received set of stair treads,they're beautiful. However, before ordering them, the site said, "FREE pad with every tread!" What arrives? A single lone pad the size of one stair tread. Though I don't necessarily need padding for the treads, I find it very misleading. After all, what good is one pad for 13 individual stair treads? No other complaints.”

“The Rug Depot rocks. They were super nice and the stuff is excellent. I carpeted my foyer, stairwell and upstairs hall for way less than anything else I had seen. They were prompt and really personable. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.”
