I’d like to recap how pleased I am with Rug Depot as well as Meg O’Leary. I have been looking for some time for stair treads that would match my existing hallway runner. I found Rug Depot on line. They presented options for stair treads but since I couldn't be sure if they would work, I contacted them & was connected with Meg, she was prompt, courteous, professional, & she gladly accepted the challenge. The treads needed to be made up with a rubber backing so that I wouldn't have to nail them into my stairs. After a few back and forth emails, Meg presented me with a sample pattern, & an option with a rubber back, a quote & even went so far as to let me purchase (1) complete tread so that I could place it in my home to see if it was everything I needed. To my pleasure, it was PERFECT, I was 100% Satisfied. In closing, anyone with any special need or simply having questions with their products, I would STRONLY suggest using Rug Depot products, & certainly Meg in customer service!
