“I have never order a stamp before so I was not sure how it will go. But it was extremely to setup and place the order. Good customer service. Deliver on time. The only thing I would say I did not realise it can cost that much.”

“I found the ordering very difficult on line. Not able to send the image onto the web site from my iPad. But your very helpful staff solved the problem. Thanks to them I got what I wanted in the end. A great help. I did receive a rather odd follow up e.mail stating that my account still had an outstanding order, but the staff sorted that out too. So lucky to have real people working not just machines! Long may that last!”

“I was glad to see that the special characters I used on my stamp were added successfully and it was shipped very quickly. The only issue was that I placed the order without an account so I wasn't able to keep track of the order even after I made an account.”

“Really great stamp just as I had hoped. Only down side was the sign on top was slightly crooked so it’s tricky to see if the position of the stamp is straight or not. Otherwise really well made, nice and sturdy.”

“The sales agent on telephone help was s bit adrift on the specialist knowledge of metal automatic numbering machines but quickly found the answer from a colleague. The were despatched the same day, as promised and delivered on time. What's not to like?”

“Love the stamp, absolutely perfect. Would have rated 5 out of 5 but the ink pad doesn't have a click shut case. I fear it may dry out quicker.”
