“The ID protect stamp is worth buying though takes a few attempts to fully stamp out, for example an address. I would recommend.”

“Delivery very prompt but website not very clear about font size or that customer can request proof before placing order. Did not expect to call about free gift not being included in our delivery and then when offering constructive comment about the above, be drawn into an argument with the person I spoke to. Will not use again as a result of this. I ended the call feeling like a scalded child and at 67 that is unacceptable.”

“* Your website is well designed and easy to use. You have a wide variety of products and supplies available for purchase. 5 * Your order venues are easy to use and understand. 5 * Your contact with customers that have orders pending could be better. Since my order on 04 Nov, I have received no updates on the shipping delay, nor predictions of when I might expect resolution. Since it is a pre-paid order I would expect better service, care and concern as a first-time customer. I have since registered to try and find out more information on the status of my order .... but it is not connected to pre-orders I guess. 3 * I can provide feedback on delivery services, packaging, etc after I have received my order.”

“Bought a stamp for whilst I’m on the wards - smaller than I thought but can fit 2 lines within a line on paper. Ink has started to dye on one side. Should already come with bottoms to stop ink drying.”
