Dear Alessandro Thank you for your recent order and review. The ink pad on the order was despatched the following day (I'm afraid the order was placed after the cut-off for the same day). As requested on the order we despatched via First Class post. The Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% First Class parcels the next day, however due to Covid-19 some customers are currently waiting up to eight days for the Royal Mail to deliver. Reviews.io send all customers a review 5 days from the date of order, I apologise that the review request has arrived before the ink pad. “This is the second time I have bought a stamp from Stamps Direct. The ordering process is very easy and the stamp basically designs itself by filling in the fields and making a few choices. I’ve had company logos on both of the stamps I’ve bought, they are very clear and crisp. A happy customer!”
