“Shortly after ordering a new AirMail stamp from Stamps Direct, I had an email saying they didn't have the red one I wanted. Instead of a refund, they offered me a customisable stamp, with the same AirMail lettering, all for the same price - and got it to me by 9am the next morning. Excellent customer service!”

“Absolute brilliant service from start to finish, I’d ordered the wrong stamp to suit what I wanted they informed me by email I didn’t understand the sizes and stuff on the email so requested them to call me the next day, they called me and explained to me the problems sorted them immediately and the stamp was delivered 2 days later, amazing stamp and customer service from start to finish was spot on I would recommend them and will be using them again”

“Work for NHS on A&E department, partner is also a nurse. Ordered a couple of stamps and they came as described and a quality product does exactly what it says on the tin. Managed to spell my partner’s name wrong, spoke with Richard Savage who quickly sent out a replacement component to correct the error free of charge and it arrived the next morning. Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend.”
