“sadly didn't like that because of the spacing of the design and how small the stamp was, you can't make out the design at all, just comes through as a hexagonal smudge. I know things are probably automated on your side, but I feel like you should have offered some guidance on the site that this might be an issue at the very least, but also potentially emailed to be foreseeing this issue. I'm left with a useless stamp that's too light to be a paperweight”

Dear Andrew Thank you for your email. The stamp has been produced to the maximum dimensions possible on the stamp ordered. What size would you prefer the stamp to be please?
