“Excellent Service! I was a bit worried about paying before I saw a proof, but the requested proof arrived very quickly and with a small adjustment, which was, to be honest, my mistake in the first place, the order was confirmed and the stamp arrived a few days later.”

“Stamp is good quality, however a part of the logo is not readable. It would’ve been great if they let me know before sending and I could have supplied another logo”

Dear David Thank you for your review, sorry that the stamp isn't printing clearly. The S-510 is quite a small stamp. Are you using this for Loyalty Cards? Would you please be able to email the alternative logos directly to me? Kindest regards Colin Cousins colin@stampsdirect.co.uk

“I don't normally write a review but I must say I was so impressed with this company when I ordered two stamps urgently. I had never dealt with them before but ordered at 11.30am on Thursday and they were with the delivery company at just after 2pm on the same day. However DHL let you down! I paid almost £10 for next day delivery but they informed me they would not be delivered next day (being Friday) but that I had to wait until Monday, that's such bad service. I called your company and explained and they contacted DHL and made arrangements for delivery on the Saturday. After receiving confirmation of this I then received another notification saying they would be delivered the following day now between 18.48hrs and 19.48hrs. We asked a member of staff to wait for the courier which he did until 21.00hrs that evening, alas no courier!! Stamps were delivered on the Saturday which is not next day delivery so almost £10 wasted in my opinion.”
