“I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE PARCEL AND THERE WAS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR COMPANY AND THE DHL. I HAVE THEREFORE ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.”

Dear Alan Thank you for your review. The postage method selected on your order was only 1st Class. The Royal Mail deliver over 90% the next day, however, I'm afraid this isn't guaranteed. The Royal Mail have been on strike for two days last week, I fear this could have also contributed to the delay. We normally consider a parcel lost after five working days (Royal state 10). Due to the recent strikes, the 5th working day following the 21st is the 30th. Please contact myself if your order hasn't arrived by then.
