“I found the ordering very difficult on line. Not able to send the image onto the web site from my iPad. But your very helpful staff solved the problem. Thanks to them I got what I wanted in the end. A great help. I did receive a rather odd follow up e.mail stating that my account still had an outstanding order, but the staff sorted that out too. So lucky to have real people working not just machines! Long may that last!”

“Would love to have been able to review our purchase, but was badly let down by DHL who failed to deliver it. Stamps Direct were as helpful as they could be, but if DHL say the item is on a van, but then just don't deliver it there is not a lot they can do. Eventually the item was returned for a full refund (just waiting for the refund to be processed now).”
