“Not really long lasting if used evey day it seems to get stuck sorry guys this is my second stamp from u guys”

Hi, Thank you for your review, though I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. I can see this order one from March 2021 for the same stamp. The stamps have a red locking button on the side to aid ink pad changing. I wonder if this has been accidentally activated? Could you please try pushing the stamp down or releasing the locking button? If that doesn't work, could you please email me a photo/video? “I ordered a small stamp with my company name, fabric ink and a pad because I could no longer find anyone who made 3mm personalised ribbon to use as sew in labels on my miniature bears. After a few attempts I think this is going to be perfect for my needs”

“This company is extremely efficient. My order was precise and fast and the assistance that I received with the chat box on the website was very much appreciated, as I did not know exactly which stamp to order, how to customise it, the time for delivery, etc, the person on the chat was knowledgeable and helped me big time. Delivery was also very efficient as I need my stamp urgently it arrived next day. Perfect service. I will recommend them and if I need another stamp in future I know where to go. Many thanks for the perfect service and keep up a good job.”

“Speedy service, but... the second line of the stamp appears in bold ink, unlike the rest, without a request for this. in addition, the stamp base cover, for which I paid extra, does not fit properly.”
