Hey Asaf, thank you so much for your kind words about the magazine. Unfortunately, there are a number of reasons why our shipments to Israel are now taking longer than usual. However, please rest assured that we are actively working on improving our delivery times. I am very intrigued by your comment regarding the frame. Could you please elaborate in a message sent to office@standartmag.com? Any specific feedback you provide helps us improve!

Dear PJ,
Thank you very much for your feedback! Glad to hear that you are enjoying our articles.
I am sorry to hear about the formatting though. Would you mind sharing which specific article that you found not well thought out when you have time please? It would be great if you can share your feedback at office@standartmag.com so that we can share it with our production team. It will definitely help us!
Thank you in advance!
Nanako
“Happy to read about coffee in art and wellness in this blue issue. The photo feature by Jake Green is stunning! Browsing through the magazine, different styles of illustrations, graphics and photography works (incl. sponsored contents in btw) are "colorful" and at the same time a bit too noisy for me. I guess there is still room for curatorial efforts to make it more consistent and immersive as a reading experience.”
“I ordered a trial subscription and the shipping took a while to arrive in the US. When it was finally out for delivery, it was returned to sender for invalid address! I am certain the address was correct, and even verified as such with their customer service. It's now been a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received my magazine. Between that and the days of lag between communications, I cannot recommend this business. The staff is very kind and willing to help, but also very hard to get a reach of.”
“The aim of this company is fantastic, and the latest issue (#29) which I read was very good, but with one setback which almost made me put the whole thing down: mixed in with the great, well written, coffee-based articles, are opinion pieces with little basis in coffee giving platform to someone to write about their views. This isn’t problematic in and of itself, but it takes away from the quality of this magazine. I didn’t know whether the next article would be a genuinely well written and interesting piece on coffee cultivation in a different country, or about how coffee shops have a responsibility to provide menstruation products in the bathrooms, or about how bespoke queer suit-tailoring is underrepresented and holds long hours, weak pay, and a difficult learning curve, (insert more complaints about said industry here). Is this really the place for that? It’s up to standart to decide what they want to be, but the latter two examples felt like quite a departure from what they advertised to be. Personally, I really enjoyed certain articles on the subjects of cultivation, brewing process, barista skills, etc; but I had to force myself to not put it down as I flipped over the unnecessary unfocused highly charged opinion pieces. This isn’t to bring up values, or moral arguments, just to say I felt the magazine wasn’t well focused on the subject of coffee throughout, but rather used something mildly involved/related to coffee to speak on whatever the writer wanted.”
“Overall I like the magazine. I do wish someone, somewhere would add in feature articles on cafes around the world who have elevated the experience of coffee through design, innovation, experience, etc.. I could see quite a few cafes featured in a way that would fit this magazine so well.”
“The packaging and the quality of the magazine is great! However, my disappointments are the length of the shipping and coffee. It takes AT LEAST a month to arrive to Australia and do not (sometimes) have a shipping tracker. When the shipping takes long, the coffee is affected as well. The coffee tastes hollow due to it being roasted for a while.”
“I love the magazine. Fantastis. Customer service is a not as good. Takes longer than a week for single responses and I have had to email for every single issue to get it delivered.”
