“It was my birthday. I needed to renew my driver's license, but new law in Georgia, I needed an eye exam. I called and spoke to a person explaining that I needed a doctor's signature. He said he understood. Made the appointment, and when I arrived, no doctor. What's more is that they told me that they have never ever had a doctor on site, regardless of what the scheduler told me. These untrained, hourly employees attempt to do an examination following the step by step method and forward the information to an off-site doctor for evaluation. Sheesh, you gotta be kidding!!! Wasted my time and my money and my gas on my birthday, no less. Never again!”

“I knew it was to good to be true with making a same day appointment. The customer service rep took all of my personal information to inform that my insurance was indeed in network. The time of arrival, the associate informs me that my insurance was Not in network with this company. How is it possible to waste a person's time in high 5 o'clock traffic. Truly unacceptable! Never again”
