I contacted Statik Customer Service because my newly arrived PowerBank was not working as expected. With no questions, a replacement was immediately ordered and dispatched to me... amazing customer service!! I have used Statik products for a very long time and been very pleased with them... this experience just proves that they are a great company to deal with.

I love their products, they are very innovative. They listen and when I had a problem they fixed it very quickly. I've never had a problem out of them. My deliveries have always been secure, and they do like feedback.

After an issue with a discount that was left unanswered by STATIK support, I contacted them again and they gave me another discount, which worked. So I happily placed my order.

I placed an order and it was seamless to start with. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address in and the company was so quick to get it changed and get the order set up. They were so quick to email me back. such a great company. I will order from them again.

My iPhone tip wasn’t working after 6 months and I wrote customer service and they replaced it with a new pack. Excellent and fast customer service. Their product had 2 year guarantee and they came through. Five star review!

I was dissatified with an item that I had purchased. I sent them a text explaining the problem. They responded before i put my phone down. Maybe that is normal as i have never complained about any purches before. I am impressed.

J'ai eu un problème de faux-contacts avec un cable ; la réponse du SAV a été rapide, le cable a mis 12 jours pour me parvenir ( Chine > France ) ; pour l'instant ça fonctionne correctement.

The customer service was outstanding! I got a reply email the same day and my issue was addressed immediately. Once we realized the issue couldn’t be resolved, they replaced my item no questions asked. I didn’t even have to ask for a replacement item. I highly recommend Statik!

It took a few tries to get there, but once you carefully reviewed my concerns, you proved you did so with a complete and detailed response with solutions already applied. I appreciate you for taking care of this and for listening to me once my full message got to the right place. It was a relief to see you acted upon the solution rather than delaying even longer by waiting for me to respond to something that had no choices. I felt heard, so heard in fact that the frustration of getting to this point is wiped away, leaving a clean slate, and I am satisfied with the results. Thanks again.

I recently ordered the open wireless earbuds and received an email that indicated the package had been delivered. I didn’t receive the package in my mailbox and checked with neighbors etc but no one else had received it accidentally. I contacted customer support and explained my issue and was told that another package would be delivered. All of this activity on my behalf was resolved within a 2 week period. I am impressed with the service provided by the company and how quickly they responded…😊

One of the nibs broke! So strange. I sent a photo to the Statik team and got a rapid reply. Not only did Minni apologize for that issue, she promptly ordered a replacement - I got that notification in minutes! She also answered my question about why I can't use one of these cables in my car - turns out, I need the PRO version. I'm glad to have that answer...just wish I'd seen that distinction while on the website. But the bottom line is, the team at Statilk (and Minni) took great care of me, replacing the broken part VERY quickly - I'm grateful!

Am not a good writer but your customer service and representatives were patient and kind. They listened to my grievances and tried ( with success) solve them. Very confident in future questions I may have that they will try to solve
