“I bought 3 of the Statik 360 Pro 10' cables four months ago, and have been very happy with their performance. One of the cables suddenly stopped working yesterday for no apparent reason. I reached out to customer service, since the products carry a 2 year warranty, and they are sending a replacement cable out right away. I'm really hoping the one cable dying was a fluke, and that the other cables have no such issues, because these have been my favorite charging cables. I really appreciate customer service for handling the warranty issue so swiftly!”

“I had a trouble finding contact information for this company as the product I ordered did not meet my needs and I needed to return it. The product came in a timely manner and was as described. Once I was able to make contact with Statik, the process was pretty simple. Communication was good and I got my refund in a timely manne. I would recommend this company and their products. “Let me start by saying, the product I bought is great and I use it everyday. The reason for my rating this company 4/5 is because I had an issue, actually no resolution to, getting in touch with customer service. I won’t order again because I think that the customer service aspect is very important in a product service company.”

“I had trouble at first getting a hold of this company but once I did their customer service was good at helping me resolve the issue I was having with my magnetic phone charger not charging. They sent a new out to me. Nice to know that a company stands behind their products and are willing to promptly help you.”
