“I needed 18 micro usb probes, but no, after a misleading A1 response that said I could buy them in packs of 3, I find a 3 pack contains 1x micro usb, 1x usb c, 1x lightning usb. Buy 18 packs they suggested. Why not waste 36 probes in order to get 18? What a flexible response!
Try a different system that's responsive to customer needs makes better sense.”

“My order showed “delivered” but it never reached my home. I have received orders from Statik in the past. A week after contact with Customer Service I received notification that i would reimbursed for the totality of my purchase minus any fees generated during the return process.”
