3. Ships from China, took 2 months!
4. The small round battery units for recharge, portable, but again “tips” don’t hold moving around.
5. Without tips cables and devices are useless!
My order was a waste of time and money, although I liked the idea of the portable power of the battery!

“I love my magnetic connect to my devices. However keeping them in the devices has cause many to be lost. My most recent order was for more tips. There has got to be a way to keep them in the device, like my iPhone which is in steady use. My brother had tried this charging system and gave up due to lost tips. i lost another one on Friday. i have trouble remembering to remove them when i’m out and about. i love the magnetic connection and i’m storing tips on metal objects around the house to have them handy. And i’m so glad you sell Lightning tips separate from the assorted ones. I’m happy with the system but keeping tips in the device (especially) when you use protective cases…please have your staff figure that out.”
