“Great service and communication. I had a shopping issue and they were into it straight away.
The unit is great and is small and compact but when either of my computers are plugged into it they come up with a warning saying that the power supply is inadequate and "the computer may not operate to its full capacity". They still seem to work tho.”
“I bought 14 of there 360 universal charge cable, I have a s25 galaxy and a brand new z flip 6 and those cables would not charge either phone, I did write company and they said I needed the statik 360 pro which they sent me and it worked great but I did buy 14 of the other and wasted all that money.”

“I purchased the higher cost data cables and my iPhone had a “liquid detection” error due to these cables. Upon hearing my complaint Statik sent replacement cables at no cost to me as I had already purchased two sets. Unfortunately the new sets are giving the same error, one where my iPhone locks up and will not take a charge the lightning port for 48 hrs or so. My iPhone and Statik do not work through the charge port.”
“Less than a positive experience. My last order took over two (2) months to get fulfilled. This last order who knows, got automated response that my order was received, but nothing since”
“sorry to say not to happy with the service, it took awhile for someone to respond to my purchase not working! Then after numerous messages, I finally was sent new attachment charger plugs to try and my phone still is not charging, if not the pins then maybe the cord is deffective in any event I am unable to charge my device (using a Motorola G device) ! Would have preferred a refund from early December when I received, which took awhile also!”
“Not as impressed as I thought I would be. The on the go charger is very slow charging. Can't get the cable to charge when plugging directly into wall socket to charge like my other cables. It drains the battery instead. Not saying these are great cables and chargers but they don't seem to work for me.”
“I recieved the order when promised. I started using it right away. I have found out the your product doesn't charge my phone like my regular charging unit. It is much slower than reg. charging unit.ss that is why I have given you a 3* review. I do like not having to plug in the little insert my phone especially when driving. All you have to do is get it close and it attaches to the phone right away.”
“I have 3 of the 6 foot charging cords and they take way too long to charge my phone. I tested the charging with my old cord and it was so much faster I was shocked. I like the design of the new cord but the lack of charging time makes it useless to use them.”
“The very first time I placed an order with your company, I received it in a reasonable amount of time. I placed two more orders with you in December of 2024. These two orders took forever to get to me. I finally received them in. March of 2025. To me that is way to long to be waiting for my orders to arrive. Not only that, I didn't realize that it came from China until February. I'm not sure if I will order anything else from your company or not.”
“cords work ok for the most part but they detach way too easily from magnet in phone my biggest complaint is how long it takes to receive items and SUPER LOUSY customer svc while tryin to return and replace items I will never buy from these jerks again ever!”
