“Look, I really want to love these chargers. I love the festure where the charger head can swivel to accommodate your position. But my first charger stopped working after about two weeks. The company replaced it, no problem. And now it's been about two weeks, and the second one has also stopped working. I'm not being rough with these. I'm using them as I would any other charger. I don't have pets or children. I don't know why they continuously stop working.”
“The magnetic end falls off at the least touch. I am not impressed. The ad shows a strong connection, it is not there. Guess it is a case of marketing versus reality. I do like the 360 spin, especially if you can make the magnetic connection stronger.”
“The charger does not last very long. This product has too many parts and the magnets attach themselves to all metal objects when they are not connected. I also feewl like my phone charging port has "weakened" bu using this product and the normal charging cords no longer fit snuckley to the phone which creates issues for charging.”
“I ordered several cables of varying lengths. They all showed slow charging on my android phone. I thought it could be the charging block, so I ordered two of those. Still shows slow charging, or not charging at all. The blocks work fine with other cables. So, I like the blocks, not happy with the cables.”
“I placed an order in the early part of December and it took almost 3 months before I actually received my order. I had to contat them many times and always got eccuses back as to why the order had not been shipped. The product i purchased is okay but their shipping certainly could use some help.”
“The interchangeable tips are a neat idea. Implementation is not so great. My main issues:
-the cables are only for charging, not connection/data transfer.
-the magnets are far too weak. Handling the phone while connected leads to multiple disconnects, hindering charging

“If I did not have to go through paypal to have my shipping issue resolved, I would have given 5 stars. It took 3 months to resolve the issue, which in my view should have been resolved so my Xmas gift to my polly-anna would have been here. Thanks to pay-pal for the resolution, not Statik's customer service who get sending me in circles.”
“No customer service available. The produce did not work from start and it took 4 months to replace them. Charging cords needs special charger for them to work.”
“Most of the products I received in the past are good, but I'm still waiting for the Tire Hero with case to arrive (ordered in November 2024 and it's almost April 2025). The rest of my order from November didn't make it in time for Christmas, but eventually got the cables last month. Customer service is always busy and their products are always on backorder, but they don't tell you that when you order.”
“Overall disappointed. Shipping got messed up and wasn’t delivered for like 6 weeks. Took multiple attempts to contact Statik. When received, the plugs don’t fit into a very standard (Otterbox) iPhone case. So phone has to come out of case to charge. Will now deal with returning.”
