“No contact from company for 5 weeks after order, including 6 ignored emails from me. First shipment received 7 weeks after order, and the wrong color cables were sent. Still no response from company regarding this issue. Cables will not work with certain blocks, and do not allow data transfer. This makes them quite impractical to what I purchased them for, use in an ambulance.
Second shipment received 2 weeks later. Power bank charges quickly, but doesn’t maintain a lot of power. I like that it is smaller than other power banks, but it also tends to disconnect and fall easily causing concern it may get lost if I move around too much.”

“Pretty disappointed in these cables actually. They work nicely for my phones but not my iPads. Can't seem to maintain a good connection to the iPads. Plus, I was not aware when I purchased them they they were only charging cables and wouldn't work for data. Wouldn't recommend them.”

Well my order FINALY arrived yesterday and much to my surprise, I had to pay 21.03$ in duty and service charges. I have several orders of cables from you and never had to pay. The Duty was 8.53$ and a service fee of 12.50$ that DHL charged.
I ordered this on Dec 3rd and got it yesterday Dec. 30 AND had to pay an extra $20.03. The original offer was for buy 2 get one free, but that changed overnight when I went back to order. So, I settled with just getting the two. They took forever to arrive, so they didn't make it for Xmas.
And now I have to pay 21.03 extra.
I was so pleased with the way the first few transactions were handled, but this is not a great way to win over customers.

The shipping on this order was extremely bad all round. There was no response from the company, even after I downloaded their app that didn't do anything at all but sit there and say nothing until Xmas eve when it told me to contact the supplier if i had any questions.
I really would like an explanation.

“Love the concept and the materials used. However, one thing is the 3-ft cable is quite slow charging. And secondly, the magnet needs to be stronger. While in use on my tablet, the magnet loses connection often.”

“This power pack is basically useless. It's junk to me. In order to use it I have remove my previous magnetic plugs so I can use it. I also have to partially remove my Otter case. Then when I am done charging with it, I have to go back to my other magnetic plugs so I can charge at home and in my car, etc. What a pain in the a@#.”
“The products are usually good. When you can get them at reasonable price then it is value for money. Unfortunately recent experience has demonatrated to me that the prices have increased significantly and are frankly over the top, no lonfer value for money. This along with the multiple irritating daily emails offering "x% off" "last day" bargains are just insulting. Seems the company has lost its value for money apprach which helped build it and now adopting a more agressive pricing and marketing strategy. Sorry this is having the effect of putting me off as well as insulting a long standing customer”
