I cannot say I would buy another. While it is a great idea, It is to easy to to lose the charging ends. Use this at home, not on the road. The magnetic connection is not that strong and is alway disconnecting by the slightest bump. I have already lost one tip on the first flight.”

“Bought 3 x charging cables (not pro cables) for my devices. Received a Pro cable due to initial delays (over 6 weeks) in receiving the 3 cables. The 3 cables still working well but these don’t have data transfer, data transfer is only on the Pro cable. The magnets decided to part from Pro cable after 11 months if use. Contacted Statik and they were great and sent me a replacement Pro cable. 3 weeks of using the Pro cable and the magnet head that connects to devices has parted from the cable. Not impressed with the Pro cables robustness.”

“These appear to work well at first but no matter what after a couple of months I'm always getting the slow charge / compatability message. Right now my phone is losing charge while connected & absolutely everything; plug, cable, tips is Statik. So afraid I'm going back to the old way of charging. Sadly Statik started out promising & turned into a huge, expensive disappointment.”

“I really wanted to like these cables, but we bought these to avoid a repeat of my daughter breaking so many standard cables. She has autism and has to have the light and motion from the screen to relax enough to fall asleep, but the twisting and turning makes fixed cables break near the connector. We were hoping the magnetic 360 cables would allow that motion without breaking. however each of the three cables I bought lasted barely a fortnight each. There's no physical damage but it seems as though the mobile connection points just fail through wear.
My suggestion is to increase the testing cycles and thicken up the contact sweep, or make it out of a harder copper to increase wear resistance. Broadening the sweeps and allowing a bit more play would also minimise the possibility of contact trenching, again, increasing the wear resistance.
They're a great concept but need more development.”
“I have bought 3 pairs of chargers. They charge Great ! BUT none of them will pickup My Blue Tooth of my phone to use in My GMC Caynon ! As soon as I change cords to a regular charge cord everything works fine !”

“I have ordered from Statik before, no problem, I purchased in july, ordered incorrect tipsm boxes were damaged and bruised, the order was delay and it was not communicated to me. I returned the items and was delivered a month ago. You customer service, is non responsive, i have sent multiple emails regarding my refund and to no avail. Why cant i get someone to call me, or email me back with a response. I have followed the instructions provided to send items back. You have your product why can I get my refund.”
