“order before cable with the blue light, those worked great. The purple light cables sucked and you will lnot make good on them. The center tip in not the same and it will not charge. I contact Statik and to date no help. Until your customer service makes good. Worthless cables, for Charging. $36.00 dollars spent and the don't charge or even stay on. Keep your Good Will refund or replace. The Blue lighted ones worked, Purple lighted do not. Picture attached. New cables, purple light, on left (not working) vs the older cables on the right (Blue light, those work great)”
“They don't last long. I'm a super user and use the cords to charge may devices in different locations, my car, my bedroom, my work station and the cords die and stop charging for no good reason.”

“While the magnets worked as intended, and the rotation of the charger was super helpful, I would greatly appreciate some kind of lock for the charger head.
I frequently have issues with the magnet disconnecting instead of rotating, requiring me to be careful to keep my charger connected - which is what this product is designed to avoid.
Not only that, but whenever I *do* want to pull the charger from my phone, the magnet isn't strong enough to pull it out, and I have to take off my phone case to pull the charger head out.
My last complaint is a simple one that makes the charger I received completely unusable. It is ASTRONOMICALLY slow. It takes about 11 hours to charge my phone from 0 to 100.”
“Not happy with this product. Customer service was fine. They tried to help with issue of weak magnet but even sending a new cord with bigger magnet there were still issues. The magnet doesn’t hold well and even disconnected when my phone was just sitting on a table so it did not charge over night as needed.”
“I love the Product but both the items I bought where not correct. It also took them a litteral whole month to respond to my first email. Then weeks for there second response. Then they sent me only 1 of the 2 items I bought. I should of just returned them through Amazon then try to do it through there customer service.”

“Love the product, but don't make a mistake when ordering because they make it almost impossible to correct. They make it hard enough to exchange something you didn't mean to buy nor can use, it's not worth sending back. And they won't pay for shipping if tou can send it back.”

“The idea is intriquing but upon trying the magnetic charging cables, the magnets are not nearly strong enough to be practicle. Especially with kids wanting to play on their tablets while they charge. The pieces that plug into the devices also do not play well with many protective cases.”

“I ordered 3 cables, as fast charger and a car charger. The took forever to arrive. I was unable to check their status because the link disappeared so fast so they could see me more stuff. When I was finally able to see the status, there was nothing there. I wrote to support and got the same canned response over and over again with a promise to update me when he "heard from the shipping department" which never happened. Then, when I had an issue with one of the cables, it broke while I was communicating with them. They are quite flimsy. They had to communicate with me 3 timeds for me to verify and reverify that they would send a replacement. They are not particularly user friendly. Purchase at your own risk.”
