Soon stopped working. Tried on android phone and on Apple iPad would not recommend to anyone.

In theory this is an excellent product, however I encountered multiple issues. The portion that plugs into the charger port does not work well with phone cases, running into clearance issues causing the magnetic cord to fall off. I also purchased the pro version of this product with the intent to use the c type USB in my original charger block as use of the original charger block is suggested by statik. The c type end not not carry power and is apparently for data only. The result is that the charge time using this product is slower than wireless charging, which is what input chased this product to prevent.

I ordered a cable on March 30th, my 5th cable from your company. I love your product but right now I am SEVERLY UPSET that I have not received my cable. I've written 3 letters to your customer service & all I receive back is a form letter. Why in the world is writing your customer service so ineffective? I'm left feeling like "what do I do now?" So, my review is...LOVE the product BUT your customer service needs A LOT of work!!!

I am upset with the charge I get you said a charge in 2 hrs, I think it never did charge that fast for me, and at times I grab the wrong cord then it doesn't work at all thru should say pro so it isn't mixed up with the 360 cord. Please send me new 360 pro cordsso I can throw the old ones away

Disappointed. Fell apart not long after receiving it. Statik happily sent me a replacement, but it happened again. These charges start out charging fast, but it's not long before it slows right down. Seemed like the more I used it, the less effective it became to the point of having to wiggle and fiddle with to get it to do anything at all. The magnetic part you put in your phone/device is difficult to get back out so you have to find some sort of pointed implement to dig it out. Also seems to gather moisture behind it. My phone frequently got 'water detected in charging port' error messages and it would freeze (my phone had not been anywhere near water). Since I stopped using this charger, this moisture issue hasn't happened again. This charger sounded like a good idea in theory, but turned out to be faffy, flimsy, ineffective and allowed moisture to build up in my device.

Products are awesome. Pro version of the magnetic cables are definitely worth the extra price. Super quick charging with the right charging block. The normal 360 cables and ends are not compatible with the pro versions!!!! Would rate 5 stars but customer service and responses are horrible!! I've been trying to return our 360 cables for almost a month and I've had one response after a week and now nothing. The only way to get ahold of them is through email. I'm very disappointed with the service. I'm sitting on $80 worth of cables that won't work with the pro version that I need to return and it's a very disappointing thing to not get nay replies back after weeks of sending an email almost every day to see if I can get any kind of response.

Spiacente ma sono rimasto deluso da Statik perché a volte carica e a volte non carica. Per quanto riguarda il caricabatterie che vi ho ordinato doveva essere a carica rapida invece non lo e'.

Pesimo servicio al enviar el producto, tuve que realizar una reclamación para que pudieran enviarme el producto, se tardaron 4 meses en entregarlo.

The 6.2 foot cord doesn’t stay connected charging unless you are holding the phone. If you set it down it stops charging I am about ready to throw these in the garbage. Can you send me information on how to return them I don’t think they are very good. I leave to go charge overnight and I get up in the morning and it’s only at 67% long as I’m holding the phone it stays connected and it’s charging. It only stops charging if you set the phone down and leave it. I set it on my night table last night and my phone was at 50% got up this morning and it’s at 79% so there’s something wrong I use my old cord the night before and it kept it charged it up fully , I have an iPhone 13 so please send me information on how to return these cables. I’m not impressed with them OK bye

Big problem: We paid and still haven't received any goods. Reminders several times! Several times e-mail. So the shop is not good!

I originally bought 3 of these chargers. At first I was in love with these chargers! So ended up buying 3 more. I also recommended these chargers to several people. But now not even a month in and they are failing to keep a connected charge. Disappointed

Products good and well priced but not backed up by customer service. I purchased a power bank and made an error thinking i had ordered the apple lightning fitting, when i reported this i was told the return postage cost would outstrip the cost of the device so there was no point in returning it. I was then offered 20% discount on my purchase just to keep it. In the light of the postal cost i agreed. Well after reminding them of their offer several times there is a deafening silence from their end. The sales blurb keeps coming but i wont buy any more because of the poor backup. Shame i like the magnetic system and would have purchased more, j Seddon

Really disappointed that my second statik cord is not compatible with the first one I purchased. I was hoping to use the same magnetic adapter in my phone and keep the cords plugged in around my house. Pretty much a waste of money if I have to keep taking the adapter out.
