“It takes far too long to receive the product. I understand supply issues, but it’s ridiculous. When I received my product one of the items was defective. While you cheerfully will send a replacement, I have no idea how many more weeks I’ll have to wait. I hate writing negative reviews, though you did ask. If I decide to purchase any future products I will use a retail outlet since the online option is not dependable.”
“Where do I start, I placed my order on the 8th January 2025, Order No 1974094, I received my order on the 21st January 2025. The first problem was none of the magnetic charging tips matched any of my devices, as all my devices are fitted with Micro USB connectors despite STATIC stating that all of their magnetic charging tips fit all devices,they do not fit Micro USB devices, and then they asked me to supply what devices I had problems to which I did, and then asking me again on numerous emails asking me to supply the information I had all ready supplied on previous occasions, further more the replacements supplied where USB-C connectors which where the same as the originals, today is the 14th March 2025 still with no satisfactory outcome .”

However, my original order did not reach me and was sent back because of “insufficient address”. It took 10 weeks, 12 emails and 2 snail mail letters, all including proof of purchase, tracking history and explanation of the problem to FINALLY get my order re-shipped. So, while im happy with the cables, your customer service is seriously deficient and i will never order from you again.”

“Love the idea, and seemed to work great in the beginning, but now every time I plug it into my phone it initially registers and then immediately disconnects and stops charging while still plugged in... If I push the bottom of the cord in towards the end of the plug and my phone, it will start charging again, but only if I hold it there with pressure 🙄. I haven't traveled with it or kept it in any odd conditions or moved it at all really and only had it for about a week until that started happening...”
“About the portable phone chargers they don't work like they say they do I know a lot of customers give you five point stars One of mine broke they don't charge as fast on my Samsung ultra 24 in a charger don't last that long so I have to give it three point stars sorry”
“My opinion is still out. My wife has trouble with her phone and iPad and the cables. Sometimes the won’t connect and I have to fuss with them to make them work. I love the concept very mush. As for service: there is a lot to be desired. It took a month for me to receive my order and your communication was horrible. I am not sure I will be using your company in the future.”
“Was very disappointed to learn this is a China product! Took 3 weeks to receive initial order. The magnetic tip fell off after 2 weeks. So I requested a replacement that also took 3 weeks to receive. All shipped from China. Communication was terrible. Would never buy this again. Magnet not as strong as original and if you use what you're charging it comes apart. Terrible company and product!”

“Not delivered, I cancelled order after 2 months: Made a rather substantial order (worth more than $140) on 2024/12/01. Got a confirmation e-mail saying they're processing the order, promising a follow-up e-mail once order is processed for shipping. Days, weeks, over a month go by with not a single follow-up from them. I sent them queries through their web site "Contact Us", which were never answered. Also sent e-mails to Customer service, no response either.
By 1/20/25 (about 7 weeks after order), I stumbled upon a link in their web site to track packages by order number, which showed that "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." status on 12/03/2024 - no later entry.
On 2/4/2025 Customer Service (finally) sent a reply e-mail to my inquiry from 1/05/25, offering to EITHER ship my ordered package along with a 20% refund; OR cancel the order altogether and refund the purchase price.
I did get a total refund as requested, so I credit their rating with 2* instead of 1*.
Product concept appears great, marketing does great job making it look wonderful. However, no matter how great the product appears on paper,
Any $ spent on it I consider a total waste / loss if they don't deliver on it; and woeful customer service responsiveness just makes that worse. Especially since I was getting daily if not more frequent marketing e-mails inducing me to buy more clogging my inbox, but not even an acknowledgment of the many requests for customer service to look into my order.”
“I used it some time and thought that this was cool with magnet and swivel but it stopped charging,
I used several different ports and all the same no charging. I really did like it and thought it was great.”
“The cables work well enaugh and the magnetic tips are convenient but the protective cover glued over the cables connecting to the USB charger comes off after just a few uses. The glue fails and the wires are exposed. I have 4 cables and 3 lost that cover already. The photo shows 2 of my cables with the cover next to the connector it was on. I hope bit of super glue will fix it but given the price of the cables I was disappointed. Those covers came after just 2 or 3 days.”
“Great products but the delivery times are atrocious! Shipped out of China by the slowest and most likely cheapest postage service in the world. Took over 3 months to deliver!
I will not be buying from Statik unless they offer better delivery times!
As a comparison, I just bought some branded shoes online that were shipped out of Hong Kong and arrived here in 3 days! That's what I call service! Statik should learn!”
