“I love my magnetic connect to my devices. However keeping them in the devices has cause many to be lost. My most recent order was for more tips. There has got to be a way to keep them in the device, like my iPhone which is in steady use. My brother had tried this charging system and gave up due to lost tips. i lost another one on Friday. i have trouble remembering to remove them when i’m out and about. i love the magnetic connection and i’m storing tips on metal objects around the house to have them handy. And i’m so glad you sell Lightning tips separate from the assorted ones. I’m happy with the system but keeping tips in the device (especially) when you use protective cases…please have your staff figure that out.”
“I ordered in December of 2024. Didnt here anything but automated messages for 2 months. Finally got a response from someone. Was told they didn't have my address. Sent address and Finally received my product. I am very satisfied with my items. Just wished it didn't take so long to get a response from someone. 3 months a little long to resolve address issue.”

“I do like the product but it is confusing the difference between the original version of the magnetic charging cords and the "Pro" version. My experience has been the two versions are not combatible but that is not communicated in any literature I have seen in any form. Also, I be would love to have a magnetic charging cord that would plug into other types of connections besides the standard USB.”

“Purchased two cords for in home charging with various port configurations and love the convenience and performance. Subsequently purchased more cords for use in our 2022 Honda CR-V. Constantly get a charging error message from charging using 1.0A USB port and the 1.5A port doesn’t seem to get recognized regarding Car Play connection.”

“Works fine, but the magnet isn't strong enough. I was excited about the 90 degree angle feature so I could set the phone in the cup holder and finally not break the end of the cable, but the magnet doesn't hold to the tip so the connection breaks. I have to leave the phone on the passenger seat to keep it charging, and it sets off the seat sensor making the car think there's a person in the seat, so I have to keep the seatbelt locked to prevent the seat alarm from going off. Not as useful as I'd hoped.”
“I ordered charging cables before Christmas and the turnaround time was really fast. I gave charging cables to our adult sons for Christmas. I use mine daily and absolutely love them! I'm impressed with the quality and how they work. After my initial order, I ordered again and got more charging cables and the SmartCharge 5-in-1 charger. I'm very happy with all of the products I've purchased from Statik but the second order took about 3 times longer to receive, than the first one did. I highly recommend anything that Statik sells!”
“Love the system with the cables, etc. However, they need a better tracking system to let you know the status of shipments. I ended up requesting status on three orders that I only had order numbers, I didn't know if and when they were shipped. The reply I did get back was status on a different order. So, I really like the product, the tracking info had left me thinking, I may not get product. I have had 4 orders now and I'm happy with them, but not sure if I will order more, as I like to get shiopping status on my orders.”
