The power bank looks awesome but upon charging it and using it, I would never buy again. On a full charge it will only charge my iPhone, not at all since it has a case on it. My iPad Pro, hardly charges it and my iPad mini about halfway. It looks better than it works. Well thought out design, but not enough charge power :(

Due to improper packaging and insufficient address shown on package, it took over 2 months to receive merchandise. Should do better

Positive - Doesn't wear out the charging ports. Ordered first time from Amazon & got a real tracking number & it arrived quickly. Negative - The cords & plugs for the PRO & standard version are not interchangeable. Would be nice if could charge with either cord/plug. Placed 2nd order from Statik website during Thanksgiving & still waiting for them to arrive on Valentine's Day. I received a Chinese tracking number that doesn't update. After multiple emails with customer service, they agreed to try a second shipment. Received another Chinese tracking number & have no clue if/when it will arrive. And no more updates from first attempted shipment.

I love the product… it works great. They seem to hold up ok… but the customer service has been terrible. I’ve reached out a bunch of times and the only answer I got after weeks of emails, which is the only way to reach out was through Facebook messenger, I almost tried to do a charge back because there was zero communication. Love to product, hate the company’s communication.

I ordered in December 2024 and I still haven't received the shipment. The shipping could be smoother.

I'm just not happy with the cords. I plug then in and it drains my phone.

Product we did receive is great. However, I placed a second order that was never received and unfortunately after numerous attempts at comunication with only a "bot" answer I had to resort to having my credit card dispute the refund. So 5 stars on product (if you receive it). 0 Stars on customer service & communication (when you don't receive product).

I placed an order on 1/28 and still have not received it I inquired about the status and got a reply that showed it was delivered 3 days before I placed the order I responded to that email and am still awaiting for a reply

The overall product is decent. I gave it two stars because the time from ordering to shipping was unacceptable. This will ship from another country, meaning it will not ship until the container is filled. That could be two week to 8 weeks. I ordered this for Christmas gifts, only to give it over a month later. I ordered the items with plenty of lead time for Christmas. If you are not in a rush and want a product you could find in the states, buy the other charger. There are plenty of quick chargers with much faster turn around time.

Very hard to get to talk to. Very poor response to quality issues. First ignored then responded to and sent replacement product that didn’t work and then when contacted I was instructed to send video or picture to describe problem. I want my money back. Terrible product and terrible service.

Extremely poor communication with company regarding delayed shipment. It was definitely a mistake purchasing directly through manufacturer than going through Amazon, who promised 2-day delivery.

I finally recieved my order 2 months to the day I ordered. I was disappointed that it was originated from a foreign country. That really is not the way to do business. I was excited for the product. I guess now that I have them now, I cannot give you an honest review, as I stated before, I just received my order. I think being honest as to why it takes so long to recieve would be nice.

Ordered a package of magnetic adapters. Unfortunately, they don't work with the charging cable I purchased previously. Talked with a technical service rep at Statik and she refused to exchange the adapters for the correct ones. I wil never order from this company again.

Took over 30 days to receive my product of 2 charging cords. The cords magnetic ends disconnect much too easily. Not what I expected. Might consider ordering on Amazon if I decide to purchase additional products for faster shipping.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. On December 9th I ordered the wireless tire pump I did not receive it until December 30th, I emailed statik numerous times looking for a tracking number no response. It got to the point where I had to get PayPal involved, I finally received my order only to find out it did not work. Email statik again with no response got PayPal involved and walla I finally received a response. With in two weeks I received a new pump, I haven't used it yet so no update. There probably a good company but they need to respond to their customers a lot faster. So at the end of everything it took almost two months to receive my order. Thanks John

I was not notified that my product was out of stock. I found out by sifting thru FB posts. It explains why it took too long for my order to arrive. My husband has already lost one of the magnetic charging tips. The magnetic connection could be much stronger. I will not be ordering from Stakik in the future.
