“I have two issues. First, your customer service is slow, both in response and helpfulness. I asked for help through your automated email service. It took two weeks for a response. A simple direct person to person phone call could have resolved things in minutes. Secondly, regarding your product~the magnetic coupling is weak. I'm sure you know that already and what that results in. Finally, customers should be offer a choice of the three connector attachments. Most people have only one device not three different ones. Having three of the same attachments would be desirable, since they are easily lost or misplaced.”

“Great in concept but fails in reality - trying to remove the charger is a lot of work every time as the magnets are not strong enough to hold on the accessory and it gets stuck every time. If you have no nails or weak nails that break easily this is a problem getting it out of your device since they are in no way connected to the charger. Also, super easy to lose the little tips since, again, they are not connected to the charger. This is my least liked charger in the house.”
“I have bought several items from them. They seemed pretty attentive to customers and concerned. On my last item I bought, there was an item accidentally put into my cart on check out. I contacted them immediately to let them know. I did not hear back for a few days and by the time I did they said it was too late to cancel the order. They charged me for it and never heard from them again. That soured me and I have not bought anything from them since.”
“I have two cables, one short and one long that don’t work. I have emailed many times and all you do is make excuses. You have now said you would replace them but I have been waiting for weeks and no delivery. I think my comment says it all about Statik. Not happy”

“Initially I thought this was a great product and it worked well. After about a week, one stopped charging my phone. I haven’t had time to research which part (magnetic cable or insert piece is the culprit).”
