“The purchase went fine, but to be honest I have had issues using the plugs with my smartphone.
The charging time differs and is often significantly lower compared to using a classical charging cable.
And the plug is hurting a bit when holding the smartphone. So - in fact - I have some serious doubts if the solution is that good as I wished it would be, when I decided to purchase.”
“Customer Support is disappointing. I recently bought a GoHub Power Bank. The photo on the web site clearly shows a phone being charged while the power bank is plugged into a wall outlet. However, the User Manual, under Product Care and Use, says "Do not charge your devices while charging the power bank." I submitted a question about this via the Statik web site asking for clarification but never received a response. I would really like to know if charging my devices while the GoHub is also charging would damage the GoHub and/or my devices. If so, the photo and info on the web site should be changed to reflect this limitation.”

But why I'm down to 2 stars is when I wrote to support about it, I haven't heard anything back, which really shows me how little this company truly cares about customers, despite the copious amount of emails you get from them. “The first cable i ordered charges fine. It has a blue light. And is fast charge compatible
The second time i bought 2 and got one free as i planned to replace all my chargers the second batch of cables have a purple light and are not fast charge compatible which renders them useless”

“Products are pretty good. Have a few wires that wouldn't connect after a while . I think 3 or 4 I had to toss.
However. Customer service is to be polite , weak. 7/3 ordered a bogo. 7/10 received 1 item . I did not intentionally order one item for $ 25. Since then I have received several we'll follow up replies but no solutions. Also chatted with texter from Statik who apparently has no communication with anyone else in the company. Slightly miffed.”
“The plug charges fast. But I leave my dash cam plugged in. And when I plug in my phone it cuts out the power and will randomly cut out while driving.”

Just doesn't fast charge and the magnet isn't as strong as i thought it would be, it has disconnected from my phone and it dragged on the floor and got some little stones stuck cus of the magnet, so took a while to get the stones out cus stone were so small, do if the magnet was a lot stronger then this wouldn't have happened. Its also come apart a bit by the connection that plugs into my charger pack so i have had to glue it before it comes apart and id no good to use at all. Disappointed really for the price.”
