“It took forever to receive the two orders I submitted, and I got a message that the order had been refused, which it hadn't been.
I thought I ordered one 10' cable, but received only 6' cables. When I checked online there weren't any 10' cables, so perhaps I was mistaken. I haven't used all the products yet, but the glow cable is cool.”
“I had ordered for a xmas gift, and it did not arrive until 2nd week of January. After getting it, I started using it, and found that it charges extremely slow, so if you need a fast charge, plug in your orig cord. Otherwise, its nice to use , quick connect, and good for overnight charging, or plugging in while using the phone”
“I like the quality and innovation of Statik's Products very much. My only complaint is with their fulfillment process. The first order I made with Statik took more than three (3) months to be delivered. My second order was just delivered a few days ago after waiting more than two (2) months. You really need to work on improving your order delivery. Thank you.”

“I love the idea of these! When they work they are great. But some of my cords work. One works some of the time but not consistently making contact. I tried different tips but it just doesn't work all the times. I've switched blocks also to no avail.”
“The cords are nice-I would’ve never ordered them if I knew how long it was going to take to get them as they are shipping internationally. The free gift is a crappy charging cord that lights up-the magnet isn’t good at all-if the regular ones were like that one, I would’ve returned them all. I threw it away. It is nice having all the different adapter plugs tho, bummer part is the magnet that plugs into the phone takes up a little room and isn’t very friendly with phone cases like Otterboxes.”

“I ordered in early December and was notified it was shipped on December 8 with a tracking number from China Post. I'm unable to track it by clicking on that and don't want to add apps that may be unreliable, so I have no idea when or if it will arrive. It's now January 3 and am thinking I shouldn't have ordered and paid over $45 for this. I can't review the product since I haven't received it.”

Still have not received my first order which was placed about 5 minutes before my second order (which I have already received.) I find this baffling”
