Im sorry but has I already wrote you, the chargers are very low in potential, in nothing they go to 0% charge and the mobile with 20% more a less , this is to low power, I was expecting something with more power. Sorry but this is my experience …. Thanks

I ordered the bone induction headphones. They were in stock on the website. After 2 weeks of no communication I emailed customer service. They said the items had been out of stock but we're now in. Another 2 weeks and they finally arrived. Good products. Slow service.

I received my cables but unfortunately the ‘C’ fitting on the 3-1 cables does not work and I am awaiting a replacement

Hice una primera compra que incluia varias unidades de cable para carga de moviles con el sistema de imanes y llegaron muy rapido y sin problemas pero en una segunda compra donde pedia conectores magneticos (pues lo que venian en origen con los cables se habian roto) ha tardado casi dos meses en enviarlos tras varias reclamaciones. Los cables y el material son de buena calidad pero el servicio de envios y post-venta deberian mejorarlo pues aunque se sirva desde el extranjero hasta España que es mi caso es mucho tiempo para gestionar un envio. Saludos

Second time I have received the wrong product. You must pay for your own return so it just is not worth it. Fast service just very slow customer response.

It's a great idea, but it's let down by quality control issues (e.g., one of mine doesn't have a strong enough magnetic connection to keep from falling off). To be practical, you'd need a lot of cords and a lot of tips - enough for all of your devices, including AirPods, keyboards, etc - everything that needs charging.

Have Ordered both a charging bank and multiple cables. Charging bank gets very hot and it didn’t seem safe so I inquired about returning it per the returns policy posted on the website. Customer service is poor- initial response did not give me instructions and just tried to sell me a different one. I emailed multiple times after and got no response for 3 weeks. By then I had disputed the charge. The cables seem to work fine but the charging ends are too short to use with a case which is frustrating and makes me not want to use them. Not a great experience overall.

I have purchased several items from Statik and was initially very pleased with them and reordered. However after a while I had a problem with 2 items which I felt was unacceptable. I understand that these things can happen, but despite contacting the company several times I have had no response back from them. GOID ORODUCTS BUT ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Really liked this system, & ordered extra tips. However, the charging cord, which I’ve only had a short time, isn’t working now! Blue light is on when connected to tip but my phone and iPad say “not charging”. Very annoying!

I think the cables are pretty awesome. I jave the pro versions, one set of standard pro and one set of the globrite. Very good charging speeds and connectivity. The customer service experience and delivery times could be a bit better. A delivery time of up 10 business days is unacceptable these days. I can receive products from oyher suppliers from the same country of origin in 3 business days. Also lack of updates from the delivery carrier. Customer service is quite hard to get hold of. I do realise the difference in time zones, but the lack of response for up to 4 business days is unacceptable. So a 4 or 5 star rating for the cable but 2 star for the service.

I’ve ordered the 360 glow cables in the past & then just recently. Unfortunately the older magnetic tip design has changed in between. So if you don’t have the correct tip to the right cable, you can’t charge anything.

This didn't work for me. The cord wouldn't stay attached to my phone. Magnet needs to be a lot stronger.

Von meinen 5 gekauften Stücken sind nur 3 in Ordnung. 2 funktionieren nur in dem die Ladung sich verringert. Sie sind leider unbrauchbar.

We were very impressed with the bone conduction headphones. The sound was good. The fit was a bit tight for my son at first... he's gotten used to it now. Unfortunately, the right ear hook suddenly broke when he put it on. How can that be? The headphones still work, but the right ear hook is very loose. Is there any way to fix it? ...It was a short-lived pleasure... what a pity

I have a malfunctioning charge cord that I emailed with a photo to the company numerous times, asking for a solution. No response. They just seem to ignore the issue. This is problematic.

The product is exactly what I was looking for - I bought a set of 3x3 USB-C connectors, but now I'm looking at how to buy a new cable (without the connectors) because I have now too many connectors left ^^ I asked them three or four times the support, without any answer :(

Why I have changed my mind is not the products they are marvellous! BUT customer service is extremely slack , non responsive and I ordered 360 pro unfortunately I was sent a standard 360 ! I have emailed many times stating I need my correct order to no avail !!!!!!!! Hence I am disgusted with statik now !!!! Shame because enjoy the products I have but need the 360 pro for my CarPlay and paid for it only to receive standard 360 and their problem has not been fixed for customer satisfaction
