“I purchased two Statik cables and two Statik packages of connectors. They worked fine and then stopped working. No changes were made to both devices. I am now at a loss to understand why they do not allow my iPhone 13 and my old iPad to charge any longer. I am using an Anker lightning cable now and it works. And I am stuck with cables and tips that are useless. Really too bad because the idea of leaving a tip in each device at all times was so practical.”
“Hi buy some open Aktive open ear headphones from you and when I received them there would not contact to my Bluetooth on my phone so when I got in touch with them they sent me a replacement par but when the delivery company was to delivery them to me I did not receive them”
“I ordered 3 of the magnetic charging cables and after about a week or two they all stopped working. Statik sent replacements (only 2) and those seem to be working ok, no issues yet. Not sure why I only got two replacements when all 3 were bad but I'm not going to worry about it. I won't order these again in the future. To get the replacements I had to make a video of each of them and show them as not functioning as they should.”
“The cables are strong, but the connection to the phone is not good. The rotating heads or interchangeble heads does not allow continues flow of current to the phone. The current goes through on and off, especially if you connect it to a car charger, and you are driving. In my opinion, this kind of flow of current may affect not only the phone, but also the very slow rate of charging.”

The magnetic head broke in one of the leads that I purchased. One part was in the mobile and extremely difficult to get out. The other bit completely came off.

“Honestly, it is impossible to tell any difference between Statik and Chinese products. I'm willing to bet Statik is using Chinese products, considering I've tested dozens for comparisons and have found Chinese products out months before Statik claims to have "finally manufactured them". The only difference is the label on the bag. Even the cases the earphones come in were available from AliExpress before Statik had them "available".”

“I was not happy that the charger plug did not come with the charger wire. And the boxes I have are not compatible to the wire. You guys never mentioned that charger it's self is sold separately”

“These do not fast charge consistently. If they get bumped slightly I will look at the charge time and will have gone from 1.5 hours to full charge to 5.5 hours to full charge. Also frequently I have connect and disconnect multiple times to get it to stop displaying a slow charging please check you charging device from displaying on my phone. Not really happy with the product.”
