“This is a great product idea. However, on my Flip4 phone the charging constantly disconnects with the slightest movement of my phone. It also doesn't charge as fast as I expected. Example, from a 10-15 charge, it can take as much as 5-8 hours to fully charge, and that's if I don't touch the phone during that time.”

“I really like the product. I had sent an email approximately 10 minutes after I placed the order to cancel it. It took them days to get back to me. Fact of the matter is they contacted me three days after the product arrived at my house. Again, I think the products good I think their customer service is overwhelmed, when they said you could cancel the order within 24 hours, I expected that to be reality. They really need to hire more people. They did apologize profusely for it taking so long. I kind of felt once they made the sale they didn’t care.”

“I have been A big promoter of your product for years. I have your strips at work in my cars, in my father‘s car. In the bedroom in the living room and even in the guest room. I recently purchased the green lighted cable and when was effective. I’ve contacted, the company to request a replacement submitted a picture and never received another response. I find it if I need to buy another cable I will only buy them through Amazon as a direct purchase from the company, I am not guaranteed for warranty fulfillment.”

“Hi... I have to say your customer support ist great, but I'm not convinced of the product.
After a while the magnetic connection of the cable doesn't transmit the electrics and loading stops. So if you want to load by night the smartphone battery might be half loaded in the morning because the magnetic didn't work as it should.
I tried it several times with different cables but it's always the same. Some work longer, some don't.
