“Ordered x3 of these supposedly indestructible magnetic charging cables BUT within weeks the magnetic ends had disintegrated and had to contact you for replacements which you duly despatched to me F.O.C so for that was very grateful
New replacement ones seem a little better quality but time will tell ?
Also recommended these to a work colleague and his have done the same thing so he's not happy with you OR me !!
Metal ends just need to be better stronger quality as these are letting what could be a very good product down unfortunately”

“I ordered the USB-C plugs for the Statik 360 Pro. For some reason they don't sell these on Amazon and if you want a 3-pack of the USB-C plugs, you have to buy directly from them. Price was ok and the product generally works well (but does not charge the iPhone 15).
Shipping was ridiculous. From date of order to receipt was two weeks, and for this I paid $5. They could have dropped the 3-pack into an envelope with a stamp and it would have gotten to me faster. The product is good, but if you can, buy it elsewhere.”

The Statik 360 PRO and Statik 360 standard are not compatible with each other.
That means you must use only the PRO magnetic tips with the PRO Statik cable. The same goes for the Standard!
The difference between them is this entry for data in the cable and tips!
If you exchange the tips with the cables, they won't work, not even magnetize!
This is something that our product team is working on already, but these things take time.
The Statik 360 PRO is a much more recent product, and the Statik 360 standard has been produced by us for at least some years now.

“I ordered two products this last time. My wife and I have ordered charging cables twice before. I received my verification and then no communication for a month. I thought this was abnormal so I checked my order just as the site suggested by downloading Shop. Shop only allowed me to find the carrier and kept telling me no more information found about my shipment. I then wrote twice to Statik about the delay a couple days apart. My order was delivered to my house before I for two days before I received a reply. I love your products. I didn't like your customer service.”

“While the interchangeable tips seem convenient and the fabric cord is durable, the magnets are not nearly as strong as advertised and are easily disconnected. The packaging on the standard 360 indicates that it is fast charge compatible, but it is not. The tips and cables are not interchangeable between the 360 and the 360 Pro. I know this might seem obvious, but I had assumed that if I had a standard tip on a device and connected to a Pro cable that I'd still get the basic connection and that if I had a Pro tip on a device and connected to the standard cable, same deal. Not the case. They only work Pro tip to Pro cable and standard tip to standard cable. Ultimately, what I have is a bunch of tips and cables that are decent at best and I have to be sure which cable I have in a give spot in order to use the devices that are properly compatible.”

“Good if you want to charge your device, super easy. Not so great if you want to listen to music and use the cable as an intereface between your phone and your vehicle. The slightest nudge of the cable disconnects the audio then, depending on your vehicle, you have to play the reconnect game while driving down the road, not so great.”
“The magnetic charger seems like a great idea and it worked for the first 3 days. After those 3 days it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting everytime the charger swivels. It's extremely annoying.
It's a terrible shame, I'm guessing it's just an issue with the connection between the USB and the cable but that's a pretty big issue for a charger”
