I have made several purchases from you. The latest one is delayed with no notice until in inquired. The entire order is being held up for just one item. Seems like you should deliver the part of the order that is in stock since I have already paid for the entire order in full. In my opinion you should not allow me to purchase items you do not have. Finally, I get several emails each week to purchase more. Why should I do that when you cannot deliver what I have ordered and paid for already. Your products seem worth having but the fulfillment, communication and service portion of your business makes me reluctant to place any future orders. Please do not take my money and then make me chase you down to hopefully get what I have paid for. Perhaps you should only charge me once you have earned it by fulfilling the orders.

Response and shipping to US is slow. Support is slow to respond. Love the cables themselves, but will not order again.

The cords work great for a month or two then I start getting slow charging then about another month it won't work at all

The cable is good quality but it took about 6 weeks to arrive.

I placed an order and after 60 days I had not received it. The tracking information was not accurate and the order was obviously lost. After many attempts to contact STATIK I finally got someone to respond and replace my order. I received the replacement in a reasonable amount of time and am totally happy with the product. I will purchase more STATIK products but will buy them locally and not have them shipped.

The customer service they provide is great! But I’ve had several issues with the product, I like the swiveling port but it often doesn’t charged. I have to play with it to get it to work then it will just stop. That can be very frustrating for the money I spent on these products .

My order took forever to arrive, and worse was the Customer Service response that did not occur in any sort of timely manner. I was fooled to think that the product was shipping from the US --- it wasn't. Once I finally got through to Customer Service, part of what I ordered was no longer available. I received a refund, so that is good. But I had to threaten to cancel the entire order before anything happened. So, very poor customer service. The products are nice, but I haven't been blown away. Probably won't order again ... ever. I don't like to be left hanging.

Obviously comes from China since delivery process wasn’t straight-forward and took a v long time.

My Snap-n-Charge took 2 months to arrive! Ordered before Christmas, the first parcel got lost and I had several problems contacting customer service and support as they replied long after I contacted them and gave useless outdated tracking info. As I had given up hope after a month I requested a refund and was offered a discount which I refused for a product which would never arrive. Eventually the only person who helped me was Kayua who very kindly and efficiently promised me a substitute free of charge which arrived 2 months after the original order. I often order online but must say I've never had so many probems and would suggest that Statik improve their customer service and tracking methods with China Post.

I love the idea of the magnetic cables but have found out that on 2 out of three the magnets fall off the cable. and it seems to take forever to get any feedback fron the company

Product is Great when finally received. Didn’t receive my order 1st time, replacement order was wrong too. Delivery is incredibly slow, they don’t tel you it direct from China by post. Customer service did 25% refund. Shame some many items on my Wishlist, not worth buying from them with these problems and time wasted

The adaptor for iphone prodects does not fir correctly. I have to hold it inin place to get it to charge. Tried it on 4 different iphones. All did same problem. Makes the chatger useless to me if i have to stand there and hokr it in place to charge.

Thre time it takes to charge is way to long. The magnetic connection comes lose. I am very disappointed.

I have placed four separate orders and so far, I have received three. The products I hace received are awesome! The issue I have is with shipping. It has taken approximately four weeks or longer to receive my orders once they have been placed. I would receive daily emails confirming my items were shipped and in transit but since the merch comes from China, the updates are useless because there isn't any timelines provided.

I ordered products before Christmas. Still have not received although support recently reported items have been shipped. I found it difficult to get responses to my inquiries about the delay.

I like the idea, but there are problems in execution. They slow charge on our household USB outlets, where regular usb-c do not. They don't work with my husband's Android Auto, and his car is only 2 years old. The nub sticks out of the bottom of the phone, so the phone bottom edge is no longer flush for standing/propping up. Customer Service was helpful when I had an issue.

The ad said the cables are fast charging, well they are not fast charging at all.
