“I think the idea of interchangeable charging ports is pretty functional, the execution is a little rough. Once I plug the charging port into my phone, I have to use tweezers to get it out. It’s too small to pinch out with my fingers and I bought one for my kids too and they struggle worse than I do.”
“Overall satisfied with the product. Couple things. Advertising not clear what comes with the product so not clear that the magnetic ends did not come with the cable; in fact I was under impression it did. Fortunately, I bought chargers which did have them. Also, website not designed to by multiple products. Load the cart up, then difficult to unload it. Plus, hard to go back and forth and then pay for the cart. I never figured it out. Website needs a lot of work to make user-friendly.”
“I ordered products before Christmas. Hoping to use them as Christmas gifts. However it was weeks and I still hadn't heard anything so I wrote and asked about the status of it. I finally got a response back three days after I received it on January 20 Telling me that my order had been delivered. I wrote several times and only got the one response. “It took a very very very long time to receive my order. The charging cords seem to work fine, at first. Then one of them started not working even though I didn't touch it or move the device I was charging. Then the second one started doing the same thing. Yes, they are very strong and the cables will last a long time. But sometimes I leave my phone on one of them and come back two hours later and even though it was charging when I walked away, it wasn't charged at all when I came back. I'm very disappointed!”

Why not practice honesty with your customers from the outset and create a realistic delivery expectation from the beginning?
Because of the effectiveness of your solution, I will be placing another order, this time with the proper delivery expectation and thus without the prior frustration.
Finally, you should consider manufacturing your product in the USA, even if there is an increase in cost. The product would be of value even at twice the price.

“Ilike the magnetic conection , I like the 6ft. long cable . The mag. connection prevents the wear
of the contact surfaces . most of my problems with other cables it is not the cable breaking but the connecting surfaces no longer making contact. I realy like the lit cables ,it lets me know when charging is
complete.
What I dont like is that Iam stiil waiting on my purchase from NOV. , I get notice it has shipped but nothing
has ever arrived VISA was charged the day after the order went in!!”
