“I still haven’t received an order I placed on Nov 18 with earbuds, o tried to cancel it and was told ls I couldn’t so I’m still waiting and it was for Christmas so I hope it gets here b4 then 😡”
“First order went good, did a bigger second order which needed to correct so requested cancellation almost immediately and after 5 emails still waiting for response so customer services not the best experience. A brand could have the best product but without good customer support is nothing.”
“Well, considdering that apparently they changed the magnetic ends without mentioning it when they said they upgraded the cable to handle higher power charging ability. Hence when I ordered my new 3' pro cable it wouldn't work wither any of my devices that were currently equipped with the magnetic plug adapters that came with my original 10' statik magnetic charging cord. So now I'm left with a nearly useless charging cord and to return it and reorder a so called proper one, I'd have more money wrapped in shipping charges then the price of the product.”
“The only real issue i have got is with the power bank and the attachemnt holder, the tips don't fit in it properly, and stick out, eventually working themsleves out and lost. The chain is flimsy and breaks quite easily.”
“I bought a few magnetic cables thinking that would be a big help. They are a big disappointment. The least little touch and they break away from my devices. I’m sorry I spent so much money on all the extra lightning tips for all my devices. I wish I had bought the non- magnetic cables instead. Then I wouldn’t have all these unnecessary cables and tips.
Also I bought several portable chargers that I wanted to give as gifts, but you have to have the tips and it’s too expensive.”

“Overall I am disappointed. While the feature that allows the cords to rotate or pivot is excellent, the cords break easily. The tip broke off of one, and the cord simply came apart on another. All with gentle use of less than one year. And statik said they were going to send me a replacement for one of them, but I never received it.”
“Connector constantly falls off from phone, and the cord quality is not as good as the first one I purchased last year, but will work with what I have because I do like your product.”
“Thought I had bought a magnetic cable that would work with data ie: plug my phone into my car and run apps(waze). Didn't work. Maybe I didn't understand a "data" cable🤔”
“Although I am still committed to this product I have found their quality is a bit too variable, in particular their cables. Two have failed on me and two are idiosynchratic in the way they charge (you have to twiddle them to get them to charge!) It would appear they are addressing these issues, the latest two cables I ordered are more robust.
I also found their mini battery a big disappointment, the advert implied it would recharge my devices but it only half charged my Ipad. A replacement device was not much better. The concept (again) is great, but the product doesnt live up to expectations.”
“Love the convenience of magnetic connection and the fact that the swivel head reduces stress at the point where all of my cable seem to break. However, I am not enamored of the car charger, as it often does not make good contact with the accessory port in my car. My other difficulty with the car charger is that it is so short that it completely disappears into the accessory port and I have a hard time removing it. If I knew this, I would have purchased a car charger elsewhere that was more user friendly and made a consistently solid connection. I don't want to have to worry if after driving for a long period of time I take my phone out of the cradle only to find that it wasn't charged. I do have the phone in a case, but the case does not prevent the cord from making solid contact with the tip inserted into the phone, the fault lies at the USB end.”
“Absolutely love the Statik Magnetic Charging Cables, convenient and easy to use. The Snap-N-Charge is a different story. Have not been able to get a response from an Agent regarding my concerns.”
