“The returns process is painfully slow to refund your money, still waiting”

“When boots arrived they where two completely different colours and when trying to return them for exchange hopefully get two the same colour it was very poor communication also paid extra to get them delivered quicker and was a waste of money as I haven’t had chance to wear them”

This is a very popular style known for its comfort factor because they do have an air cushion PVC sole for all-day comfort and I am confident that the leather upper will soften with usage. “I’ve still not received my order and I ordered a uk size 7 not 8 so when they do turn up and they are the wrong size I can’t imagine it being a good review!!!”

“The name of the company is misleading, especially if searching through Google. Description says the shoes I bought were 1kg per pair when in actual fact they are 1.7kg per pair. Not very comfy either. Disappointed all round!”

“Gorgeous boots but rigid and uncomfortable to wear tried vaseline to soften but still not better so now going to try saddle softeners as brought both black & brown & still not worn them ☹”
