“Ordered work shoes thinking that is Safely shoes. It wasn't. Confusing information on the website. A point I would make is too state of there is a steel toes on the shoes.”

“I ordered what I believed was a UK size 11. But they came. And don't fit. They are realy tight. And don't fit. I would like to exchange them for a bigger size if possible. But I don't now how to send them back. As I don't have a address.”

“Boots are nice and comfortable however I ordered Black boots and I was sent Grey boots.”

“Bought Sketchers work shoes. After six months soles wore out and toe cap showing. These are comfortable but overpriced. Don't bother buying. STB customer services don't want to know.”

“Loved the boots but they were too big. Sent them back, marked the paperwork in the box for an exchange to a smaller size and got a refund instead! Not impressed, that makes the return process farcical. The postage label even said they were for exchange…?”

“For the price I expected better, been wearing them for about a month now, somewhat comfortable, have slipped a few times because of the nature of my job, so I think the soles could have a bit more grip. I think I will go back to a cheaper priced boot/shoe when these wear out.”

“Boots were described as a waxy leather finish. The leather is a painted finish so not as described. Dissapointing”

“Okay my size 7 could be a bit more tighter at the back of the shoe and sometimes my sides of feet can become quite sore”
