My shoes didn't even last 6 months. I definitely don't recommend buying cheap steal toe as you need to replace really often. I also had to spend quite a lot of money in returns as it was more difficult to find the right size (Uninex size are quite different from the usual women size)

The worst company ever. Their t&c-s are insane. Don't put a shoe on you purchase to try it as they won't refund or return or exchange!! I purchased my shoe on for 1 hour and they refuse to refund the money. Their customer service is so slow.... better to use doves to send messages as they capable maybe 1 email to answer every 72hour. Probably the mass amount of complaints hens the time. Shoe I got is the scetchers work safety toe . Soooooo uncomfortable. SERIOUSLY NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. NEVER EVER !!!!

Hi Lorant, Thank you for the review, we have read and noted the points you have raised, I would like to further clarify this for you. The pair were returned back to us in a worn condition, we have provided photos via email of the pair, we cannot accept worn items back as per our returns policy, ideally comfort/fit should be tested indoors, once a pair is worn it becomes ineligible to be returned on the basis of you changing your mind. We have responded to all your emails in a timely fashion, we also offered to exchange them for a completely different pair even though this is outside of policy as a gesture of goodwill due to the initial correspondence from yourself about leaving negative reviews. We cannot accept worn items back and did request the pair be returned "unworn and in the original packaging" for the exchange in the email(s) we sent, you had the opportunity to inform on many occasions that you had worn the pair yet chose not and as all items out checked upon return, our returns department found the pair had been worn. Please do let us know if you wish to have the pair returned as we have not yet had a response to the email we have sent, on this occasion I am happy to send the original worn pair back to you at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill. Had a pair of sketchers work boots from you. After 3 months of wear the stitching on both boots has failed. Sent you countless photos and you say it's not a manufacturing fault. UNBELIEVABLE. You say it's from wearing them. Was I meant to put them in a glass cabinet and peruse them occasionally. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We have looked into this for you based on the images you provided of the pair and it is with regret that this is not deemed to be as a result of the manufacturing process. A manufacturing fault/defect refers to an error in the design or production of a product and unfortunately, it is with regret that is not the case here. We will always try to look into any issues raised but we do have to work within the guidelines set by the supplier and cannot offer any further assistance here as this would not be classed as an issue with manufacturing process. I have ordered size 5 first.. it was too loose for me.. then I given for exchange for size 3.. bt I didn't get any reply.. so I am so sad...

Dear Samantha, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. We are aware of this and have filed a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail. The parcel has been marked as delivered with a photo and a GPS scan provided on the tracking so we do have to let the carrier formally investigate. Rest assured we will get this resolved and be sure to provide an update as soon as we can but we do have to follow the official missing parcel protocols Royal Mail have in place when a parcel has been marked as delivered. Company is a joke, box contained odd sized boots (12&10) when asked for replacement got the wrong style boots in the wrong box !!!! So I have sent back two orders and not once has the order details be correct! When asked for a refund it took a month from returned boots arriving back at STB warehouse to getting money back , When questioned they lied saying boots only arrived yesterday!!! Even thou screen shot of confirmed delivery was attached to email !! These boots are sold by other companies, use them ,

The boots unfortunately do not live up to the reviews. Only 7months west and they’re completely falling apart. Very poor quality unfortunately.

I originally ordered a pair of dealer boots size 12 and when they came they were too big, I sent them back to get exchanged for a size 11 but I’ve had a confirmation email stating that I’ve ordered a size 3

Hi Clancy, Thank you for the review. I am sorry that you aren't happy with our service here. We always inspect items upon receipt, as part of our thorough returns process to identify any problems with returned goods and unfortunately, on this occasion the pair was returned with clear signs of wear. We cannot accept worn items back as per our returns policy and the level of wear found on the soles would not be consistent with an item only being tried on inside, to check for fitting/comfort. We did speak to you on the telephone and explained that if when they arrive, you have no use for them, we would gladly accept the pair back for a refund. Not as good as the G11 very poor end of trainer as you come to the steal toe cap lot of pain in my foot and toes. not suitable art all.

Had a bad experience with the shoes that were bought and as I had worn them, as I needed to for work purposes and couldn’t send them back as they were the wrong size. All I got told was to sell them on Facebook, as they couldn’t accept them back as they had been worn. So I’m now left out of pocket and with a pair of trainers that I can not wear. So I’m sorry that my review isn’t a good one.
