“ When I call to inquire about the difference, they say I had to pay for return delivery and they claim they can't return the taxes I paid. ”

“ Terrible customer information. Ordered an item on 12-11-19. Paid $12,49 for 2-3 day delivery. I needed this sweater for Sunday for church. Was notified it will come on Tuesday. Steinmart and UPS is open and deliver Sunday through Saturday. Nothing on site saying excluding Saturday or Sunday. I would of never paid $12.49 for shipping if I knew this. Shame on you Steinmart. ”
