“So I work at Adidas originals in Cali, Colombia. I bought a pair of cream white Yeezys to resell and start a business on the side to make some extra money. Being born in Colombia I don't trust anyone or any business, so I took pictures of the shoes and receipt before sending them. They were in perfect shape and UNSTAINED. But magically, once they arrived at Stockx's headquarters to be checked for authenticity they were stained with blue dye. They are sending the shoes back to me and charging me 15%. Lookup for "stained shoes Stockx" in Reddit and notice the blue stains in some of the pictures. Coincidence? I don't think so. I think they do this in order to charge the sellers that extra 15% and because they know the seller will come back anyway because they will have to sell the shoes somehow. Cheeky little bastards they are the owners of this crappy company. I will never make business with StockX again, and I am currently speaking with my lawyer to attempt to press charges against the company. I haven't received the shoes yet, but I will soon and I am sure the box will be damaged so I probably won't be able to resell them. It's truly a nasty situation.”
“Their interface is designed to create accidental purchases. I went to modify a bid amount, but when I clicked on the edit amount button, it reverted to outright buying the shoe at the asking price, and did not prompt me for confirmation like you'd expect most sites to. Their site also doesn't let you cancel orders, so any misclick could mean you are out hundreds of dollars.”

“I’ve been selling and buying from StockX for quite sometime now. Unfortunately, After my most recent experience of buying myself a supreme helmet to add to the collection . I Am dumbfounded, how they sent me a helmet that has a completely damaged box. Please be aware collectors they have no customer service and you speak over email to 5/9 different people for the same issue. You get promises from one (cam) for a refund and then get another response from JD (rep) that a refund is not possible after a week of cams original email. Please address the matter of a seller check marks the box where it states the box is undamaged and then someone at stockx mishandles the box and tears the box of an item. Stockx should address the matter. And allow the customer to either get a refund or a replacement for an undamaged item.”
“I ordered shoes over three weeks ago there still yet to arrive. They have changed arrival dates three times now is coming from out of the country and is being held at the ups facility instead of being shipped to the correct address, stockx is terrible”
