“I have spent around $8000 and had an ok experience in 2024 Until today where I had bid on the same pair of shoes by mistake. Instead of catching this mistake they hammer through the order and refused to give a refund! I canceled 139 bids and will erase my account as soon as my last order arrives-- in 3 to 4 weeks!!!”

“Purchased basketball sneaker for Christmas. Paid $265.00 for them. First time worn on the court the bottom of one of the sneakers comes apart. Contacted Stockx. Provided photos. Request the sneaker be replaced and it refused. Stockx claimed to have inspected and verified the sneakers prior to shipping. That must have been a joke on their part. Never again will I buy from Stockx as it does not stand behind its products.”

“Purchase some shoes for $300 never received them. No proof, no photo no nothing. Some random messages through email and text message with absolutely no correspondence or returning my concerns. I’m having to go through my credit card to get my money back. this company is a total scam and we will never use them again. They just lost about 12 or 15 clients threw me alone. What a joke.”

“The worse ever, not a person to talk but a chat to who knows what!! Minutes after placing an order they can change the shoe size? What??? “This company is absolutely dodgy, and I will never shop here again. I ordered Nike Zoom Freak 1 Roses (SIZE: 8.5) for my son, and they canceled the order (#68565333) without any real explanation. They couldn’t even fulfill it with another seller, which makes no sense for a company like this. The refund process was slow, and while they claim it’ll take 3-7 business days, that’s just not good enough for such a bad experience. Offering me a measly $15 discount after ruining my son’s excitement feels like a cheap way to brush off the issue. Beware of this place—they’re unreliable, and this whole ordeal was a huge disappointment!”

“Shady business. Put I’m a Buy for $ order when site said they still had 7 pairs available in my size. Received an immediate email confirming the order and they provided a shipped by date. A week later got an email that order would be delayed followed by another email apologizing that they would not be able to fulfill the order and would reimburse me. Okay, fine… these things happen. Check their site a week later and they’re offering the same exact shoe and size for almost $100 than the price I bought them for…shady! Avoid StockX!”

“everyone should be very careful i got scammed on this company twice, fortunately i was very lucky to get a recovery company site from my good friend who has been scammed $185,400, I contacted the company which she directed me and that company instructed me what to provide for them which I did and they also gave me guidelines about scam companies.
