Shoes had been worn when I opened the package up. When I tried to send a return and replace request to StockX, my request didn’t go through.

The shoes were fine, but my box was jacked up! I’m very disappointed in the flimsy box they chose to pack my shoes in. I like to store my shoes in the boxes without them looking bent up! The system won’t allow me to upload the pictures!

The pictured shoes were not even the same color as the shoes we received. I consider this a rip-off and I do not plan to even look at your products again. The price was outrageous to start with, and then to receive a different shoe is unacceptable.

My first and last purchase from this awful site. The sneakers I purchased were not AT ALL authentic. They were inspected and passed by StockX “authentication professionals” but literally fell apart the very first time I tried them on for fit! StockX will not even consider giving me an exchange or refund. The 'Buyer's Promise' return procedure is a joke, allowing you to upload the 2 pics they request but not allowing you to provide any additional information or pics of your own to support your claim. They simply did not care even after subsequent complaints and attempts to deliver them my evidence. I ordered an additional 2 pair of shoes before receiving the first pair,...those will be going back IMMEDIATELY! I've since read several reviews concerning fake sneakers, and from what I can tell, 95% of people dealing with this situation were treated the same: StockX stands by their 'quality professionals' , but is unwilling to consider any refund stating they do their best to ensure nothing like this happens. Only EU residents receive refunds due to some international policy. The worst part is, they rejected my refund request several times, have not done ANYTHING to rectify the situation or provide decent customer service. I have since officially filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

I am extremely dissatisfied. After trying to cancel an order they informed me that the seller had not sent in an authentic product but would find another seller for me. I informed them both times to cancel my order and refund my money as this error would mean that the item that I tried to cancel would not arrive for over 3 weeks. They sent me some BS e-mail that said the new item would be shipped once authenticated completely ignoring the fact that I had started I needed it canceled. Not listening to the people that keep this company going by purchasing and selling items on your al will just force us to look elsewhere to shop and sell. Extremely dissatisfied, and not to mention their ridiculous fees when purchasing something. $14.95 for shipping!? Plus other fees. NOT COOL!

Purchased expensive basketball shoes for my grandson. The shoes arrived and he tried them on found them to be a little tight. These overseas companies don't always get American sizes correct. Stock X will not take returns or exchanges so your forced to sell them on their website. You must return the shoes to Stock X for review and sell. They emailed us and said the shoes were a little worn, which my grandson never wore them, so they are returned them to me. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY WITH STOCK X.

It's unfortunate that they don't do returns. It's an online goods company that doesn't allow returns. Pretty ridiculous especially that everyone else does it. Ordered a Nike Dunk Low Jumbo that is too small for me. I did all the research and all review sites mention that they're true to fit but in reality, you should go half size up. I'm not buying from them again.

I purchased some adidas white mountaineering shoes with the ultra boost sole. The item was real but the whole sole has yellow stain from oxidation. I wish I would have been warned about the issue before hand. I will never use stock x again

Tried selling a brand new moon watch. They have sent me back a bashed up old watch claiming it’s mine. No way to get hold or speak to anyone. These guys need to be shut down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! DECEITFUL!!! When placing an order it tells you the seller has 2 business days to ship to stockx. It's been 2 weeks and seller just is in the process of shipping to stockx. It's outrageous to wait a month for sneakers. They also charge Processing Fee $4.95 and Shipping fee $14.95. You could forget about reaching a live representative!!! And yeah sit around and wait for them to reply to your email. You'll turn blue. Do yourself a favor & order from legit companies like Nike, Dick's sporting goods, Footlocker, Champs... ( 3-5 days delivery FREEEEEE!!!!)

I purchased a Swatch Moon watch from them. I inquired if it was genuine to which they answered yes. When I received it, it is an obvious fake. When I tried to get a return authorization via several emails, they were never answered. Funny that they responded via this same email address when I was inquiring about the watch. I sent it back with signature required via USPS to the 644 West Addison Street address on their website. The USPS said no such business there. This company is a major scam dealing in counterfeit goods. Shame on me in the first place...it is sounds good to be true then it isn't true.

Stock x is a scam company - you buy 1000 dollar damaged sneakers from them and they won’t take them back or give u a refund do not buy from them

Avoid even looking at this site! My son was looking at their site on his phone. He had ordered a pair of shoes once before, and we did not realize that our credit card information had been saved to the site. He was looking to see what the shipping costs were before placing another order. He was using his phone and went from looking at the shipping fees and the next thing he knew he had made a purchase. Because our credit card was saved, they did not ask for billing information or pause to let him confirm he was ready to make the purchase. When he realized the order had been processed, he immediately contacted customer service to say it was an error. He had just put a pair of shoes in the cart to determine what the shipping costs would be - not a pair he wanted. He was speaking with someone within minutes of the transaction taking place and he received no assistance whatsoever. They just kept saying they have a no-cancellation policy. He is 15 years old. It is not his credit card. He spoke with 3 customer service people. The third told him he would look into making an exception and get back to him by email. This email never came. My husband took over and tried twice to get the order cancelled. They were contacted within minutes of the purchase. It isn't like the product was already shipped or even would have had a chance to be located. The charge to our credit card was $470. Significant. No assistance whatsoever. We have started the process with our credit card company to dispute the purchase, but we have to wait another five days to allow the merchant to process the cancellation. I am not very hopeful that this will happen. We will never use this site again. Total Scam. Avoid even looking at the site and never give them your credit card information!!

Horrible selling sneakers , and buying terrible customer service they don’t help you they sold me fake shoes won’t even answer me back I get some third-party company on a chat. Even selling stuff with them they’re saying that my boxes came in the mail slightly damaged and I had pictures of them looking perfectly in the box when I sent them and they charged me multiple fees over and over and over what a scam of a company someone needs to hit them with a major lawsuit

I paid over $250 for a pair of Nike dunk shoes, which had a defect on them (see photo). They were supposed to be brand new. I reported it on their website, (sent photos which they requested) and I was then sent a shipping label. I followed all of the instructions to return them appropriately for a refund. The verified tag remained on the shoes. I returned the shoes the very next day from when we received them in the very same condition they were received by me. A week later I followed up on the return. Stockx responded that they rejected the return because they claimed to have found wear or use on the soles of the shoes. We did not wear or use the shoes when we received them as we noticed the defect on the side of the shoe. Again, they were supposed to be brand new. They sent me photos of the bottom of the shoes which I attached in this review. They claim they received them back with wear and use on the soles. Again, I returned the shoes to them in the exact condition that they sent them to me. I am extemely dissatisfied and disappointed with my very first experience with ordering/returning stockx. I would never have imagined that they would pull something like this and that expect me to accept a defective pair of Nike Dunks for $250 plus. I have responded to them requesting to speak with the manager or supervisor and have yet to be contacted. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I intend on filing a small claims lawsuit. I hope to have this matter resolved as soon as possible
