I have purchased a $300 pair of dunks and received an empty box! I have not had any luck contacting anyone! The website just keeps redirecting me in circles. This is the worst experience ever!

I HAVE PURCHASED NIKES SNEAKERS AND THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS 8 BUT I ORDERED 11 AND THE LABEL ON INSOLES STATED 11. HOWEVER THE INSOLES WERE ACTUALLY OF SIZE 8!!! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRESENT AMD THE RETURN POLICY IS ONLY 3 DAYS. WHAT A JOKE. THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL TYE PERSON TRIED THEM ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STOCKX. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!

If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Ordered shoes and didn’t get them,no order confirmation number or nothing and can’t call and not responding to emails!!Wouldn’t recommend for no one!!

This is a definite No for me or anyone else!! Beware of this company. I ordered 1 pair of shoes and got charged for 3 totaling over $600 plus. I contacted them through email since its impossible to speak with anyone end they apologized but in the same breathe state that they can't cancel on an item that is in their warehouse ready for shipment. Even though I had only ordered 1 pair of shoes. They offered for me to sell it with them which I have no time or interest in doing such. As instructed by my bank to refuse delivery and send the other 2 items back, they have become a constant virus to me. Every day there is a DHL delivery going to my house to attempt to delivery something I never ordered. I have spoken to several of the DHL customer service to inform them on this and everyday its another delivery attempt... I now have a sign posted outside of my house to inform them to return package to sender. Its been 2 weeks. !! I have contacted a lawyer to take care of this matter since it has not been solved. To anyone trying to order through this company, DO NOT DO IT!! This is my first and definitely my l last!!!!!

Never again for an important event will I order from this company! First day of school was ruined a week ago when they didn't show up and now weeks after I ordered they tell me they are backed up indefinitely and there is no delivery date. (they kept my money tho) never again. You can't reach customer service unless u sit on the chat for hours. There's no customer telephone number and good luck getting your money back. What a mess and this company has almost $250 of my money since 8/21/22 thanks alot for a great let down. I'll actually be contacting BBB today. Horrible experience. All my son wants is shoes not excuses. Supposedly the authenticator has had the shoes for weeks now. I think I would get a different authenticator. Actually I'm having the other shoes I bought from this company checked now I suspect the shoes and everything now after this happened.

This StocX is really bad. They sent me a pair of Jordan Retro4 for my daughter, fake. I paid 274 $. Don’t buy from that merchandise.

Worst company to deal with. Sends me trash quality sneakers. Nike text logo not finished. Stitches all over the place. Its bad. Need to wait long time for customer service, also delivery and such. And still..customers service just wastes your time. Avoid.

My husband bought me a pair of retro 4's black cats for Christmas. Unfortunately they were the wrong size and it was going to be a hassle to return them. We decided to sale them ourselves and found the shoes were not authentic. We for sure got scammed by StockX and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere

I purchased a Rimowa iPhone case that is clearly counterfeit. I already had one from Rimowa and they are not the same. Do not trust this site.

"no refund", "no cancellation", "no return" policy Absolutely don't buy anything from this fraud. They have a "no refund", "no cancellation", "no return" policy . I bought a cloth with the wrong sizing. Their customer support basically told me to go away and read their BS policy or they'll ban me from buying anything again.

Fake at worst, faulty at best $175 Aud (delivered) Nike Lebron 18 Dunkman. Middle air bubble in the tounge of both shoes disintegrated on first wear leaving a hole in tounge of both shoes. Normal = faulty product, return for full refund. StockX = send multiple emails and photos, wait a week, get told, because the stockx quality tag has been removed and shoes have worn the authenticators final judgment (which is completely outside of local consumer law) is that no return or refund is possible and you can have a $20 discount voucher towards a future purchase. Why would you think I would EVER make another purchase through StockX. Be warned people.... from my experience they're theives!

This company is stealing credit card customer information. My son made a purchase by mistake by just clicking on an item to see it. I paid for his mistake and since there is no way I can delete my credit card number from the website, i decided to request a different credit card number. The company updated the credit card number without my authorization and when my son was searching the website, I got charge again for 1400 dollars without giving authorization to the company to use a new credit card number. There is no customer service number to call. I called the credit card company to dispute the charge, the credit card company confirmed that it is illegal for them to update the credit card number without customer authorization, but they do it anyways.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They sent my shoes to the wrong address and refuse to refund me for the purchase. They won’t even respond now. No one should trust this company. Even trying to get a hold of anyone is a nightmare and they clearly don’t want to deal with customers.

Dreadful experience with StockX. I was going to be away so rescheduled delivery through the delivery notification email/service provided to me through UPS (to protect the item). The rescheduled delivery never occurred prompting me to contact StockX customer services as the parcel seemed lost or at least stuck somewhere. StockX were very blunt and unhelpful due to their policy of not amending a delivery, refund and claim regarded as null and void, basically you've lost your money. Opened an investigation with UPS which highlighted it may have been delivered to a wrong address by StockX but the outcome could only be handled by StockX which as we know are unwilling at this point to help. Case is pending with my CC company to reverse the charge before seeking legal action. StockX are VERY unhelpful when things go wrong and clearly do not care about their customers. I will NOT be using their services again.
