“StockX refuse to give refunds after selling second hand goods. The company hides behinds its “authenticity checks” which is as a scam in itself. I have received poor quality items that shouldn’t have passed or some that are clearly used. Avoid StockX and buy on eBay instead.
Just check TrustPilot and you will see how bad this company is. Don’t buy anything from these cowboys.

“My first experience with StockX will be my last. I purchased a game through their site, assuming that it would be far safer than others. The opposite was true. Upon receiving the game, I was incredibly disappointed to see that their own verification sticker had come loose and damaged the box. (Besides placing a sticker on a cardboard surface, which is never a good idea, they pulled it so tightly that it ripped the surface.) I reported this and was told that I could not return the item and that they "issued a free shipping code for a future purchase." “Purchased ALOT on StockX within the past 6 months alone (see pic). Relying on them to have great service and accountability for their business, I never expected to receive a fake pair of Jordans after receiving a few legit pairs. It gave me the reassurance that I could make a large purchase and feel confident they will do right by me. Well, Stock X is a place for scammers to sell 1/10 fake shoes they have for sale. Knowing the “verification” process is not legit, is something everyone should know. They have caught fakes for me in the pass, which speaks partially to their service. But if you look at the pics , this is beyond unacceptable. I purchased these in Sept and let them sit in my closet two months before wearing them today with a Xmas sweater I bought. Well debut ruined about 6 hours in as I began to see cracks and the shoe literally coming apart. Makes no sense how I paid what I did to receive a shoe that didn’t last an 8 hour day of work. StockX= NEVER AGAIN.”
“I sold a Celine bag to stock x and after the sell they held my payout and they asked me for ID which I sent them then they said they can’t accept my ID my (driving licence and my bank statement) I don’t know why and then they deleted my account. I asked then to send my bag back or my money as this is a breach of agreement and now I very upset I want legal help”

We purchased a pair of sneakers for our daughter, size was too small, they wouldn’t take them back and required us to resell them on their site - they keep a huge fee. We sold them and they refused to give us our payout claiming that we didn’t have an official UPS dropoff receipt - even though we provided them with a proof of delivery to the buyer. This has been going on for months and they refuse to pay us. They sold us these sneakers and then resold them and refuse to pay us a dime. DO NOT BUY HERE - AWFUL”

After gave my credit card number I was surprise how many fees they attach to the item. It went up in price for about 25%. Of course I didn’t bought it, but I cannot delete my credit card information from their files. The got it forever, and it’s scary. Customer service is nonexistent or impossible to reach.”

Got told by customer service to redo on 5 occassions, did this. Since then no response.. still waiting for refund or the product I purchased. Chargeback has been issued now. “If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!”
