“I paid 300$ for a bag and was sent the wrong color and can’t reach nobody”

“I order a pair of sneakers which were obviously fakes and they still sent me them. One of the shoes is defective and the wear starts to show the obvious fake quality of the shoes and they still let them pass. Terrible company! AVOID stock x IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM STOCKX, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. We purchased a pair of sneakers for our daughter, size was too small, they wouldn’t take them back and required us to resell them on their site - they keep a huge fee. We sold them and they refused to give us our payout claiming that we didn’t have an official UPS dropoff receipt - even though we provided them with a proof of delivery to the buyer. This has been going on for months and they refuse to pay us. They sold us these sneakers and then resold them and refuse to pay us a dime. DO NOT BUY HERE - AWFUL”

“I don’t know any other company who requesting your credit card information before they disclose the final price of the item you’re buying. After gave my credit card number I was surprise how many fees they attach to the item. It went up in price for about 25%. Of course I didn’t bought it, but I cannot delete my credit card information from their files. The got it forever, and it’s scary. Customer service is nonexistent or impossible to reach.”

“shocking customer service- ordered adn £800 pair of lost and found jordans and they never arrived. Had to fill an affidavit to log with stockx policy. Got told by customer service to redo on 5 occassions, did this. Since then no response.. still waiting for refund or the product I purchased. Chargeback has been issued now. THIS Company has zero liability when something goes wrong.”

“I got a lego that was crushed. The box was very damaged which is a lot of the value of the item. I reported it to them and they never responded to fix the issue.”

“I HAVE PURCHASED NIKES SNEAKERS AND THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS 8 BUT I ORDERED 11 AND THE LABEL ON INSOLES STATED 11. HOWEVER THE INSOLES WERE ACTUALLY OF SIZE 8!!! THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A PRESENT AMD THE RETURN POLICY IS ONLY 3 DAYS. WHAT A JOKE. THE ACTUAL SIZE WAS NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL TYE PERSON TRIED THEM ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STOCKX. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!”

“If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!”

“This is a definite No for me or anyone else!! Beware of this company. I ordered 1 pair of shoes and got charged for 3 totaling over $600 plus. I contacted them through email since its impossible to speak with anyone end they apologized but in the same breathe state that they can't cancel on an item that is in their warehouse ready for shipment. Even though I had only ordered 1 pair of shoes. They offered for me to sell it with them which I have no time or interest in doing such. As instructed by my bank to refuse delivery and send the other 2 items back, they have become a constant virus to me. Every day there is a DHL delivery going to my house to attempt to delivery something I never ordered. I have spoken to several of the DHL customer service to inform them on this and everyday its another delivery attempt... I now have a sign posted outside of my house to inform them to return package to sender. Its been 2 weeks. !! I have contacted a lawyer to take care of this matter since it has not been solved. To anyone trying to order through this company, DO NOT DO IT!! This is my first and definitely my l last!!!!!”

“Never again for an important event will I order from this company! First day of school was ruined a week ago when they didn't show up and now weeks after I ordered they tell me they are backed up indefinitely and there is no delivery date. (they kept my money tho) never again. You can't reach customer service unless u sit on the chat for hours. There's no customer telephone number and good luck getting your money back. What a mess and this company has almost $250 of my money since 8/21/22 thanks alot for a great let down. I'll actually be contacting BBB today. Horrible experience. All my son wants is shoes not excuses. Supposedly the authenticator has had the shoes for weeks now. I think I would get a different authenticator. Actually I'm having the other shoes I bought from this company checked now I suspect the shoes and everything now after this happened.”

“Worst company to deal with. Sends me trash quality sneakers. Nike text logo not finished. Stitches all over the place. Its bad. Need to wait long time for customer service, also delivery and such. And still..customers service just wastes your time. Avoid.”
