Total scam! I used it today and the results was NOTHING like you get when demonstrated. It pulled my hair out. I couldn’t even finish one third of my hair before switching to my other hair straightener. The switch and bait tactical is unreal! Of course on the receipt it’s non refundable- this company needs to be sued!

I bought a Straight Ahead flat iron. The woman that sold it to me said you can return it at anytime and it has a lifetime warranty. I brought it home, tried it and it pulled a bunch of my hair out. I tried to return it. I called, emailed, messaged kn the website and they refused to return it. It's junk, it's more harmful than anything. I would not recommend anyone even try this brand hair products. It's a huge waste of money!

A girl named Mia at the kiosk in the mall pressured me into buying a hair straightener. She touched me without permission and started straightening my hair. Every time I tried to leave, she kept lowering the price and promising me more benefits to get me to buy it. As soon as I bought it, I felt regret. She never mentioned the no refund policy. Less than five minutes later, I tried to return it, but she said they don’t accept returns at all. Despite it being within five minutes of the purchase, she refused to give me my money back. This is a scam.

Just like everyone is saying. They are not giving you the products they are advertising. Plus the "no refund" on the receipt AFTER you purchase! I am disputing with my credit card company. Hopefully they will stop the transaction. DO NOT BUY! ***NO STARS***

I had exactly the same experience. Advertised under 'Soleil' banner but a completely different product when purchased. I will be contesting this payment with my bank and company. Beware do NOT buy this product.

What went wrong? Where do I begin? The woman that did my demo, in Vancouver BC Canada, Erica, did a bait and switch on me. She did the demo with a bristle brush, showing us the infrared light inside saying how great it was on the hair "because of the infrared inside the brush". However, when I got home and opened the box, lo and behold, a completely different hair tool was in my box. A pro glider 2.0. I contacted Erica, and she did nothing but argue with me and told me to "contact her boss, Natalie ". I contacted Natalie, and told me to send the Pro Glider 2.0 back to her, (approximately $22.00) and she would send me what I thought I was purchasing from the very beginning. Being in medicine for 50+ years as well as a drug and alcohol therapist, communication is PRIMAL. I made sure to tell Natalie (in detail) what was demonstrated on my hair, which was an infrared bristle hair brush. Well, the box arrived, and once again, lo and behold Natalie sent a "Flat Iron". which I have several of. I texted Natalie, and the battle was on. This bait and switch has cost much of my time and so much frustration. I will never purchase another product from Straight Ahead whether in Canada or the USA. They would rather duke it out, argue, and lose customers than to do the honourable thing. They have NO integrity.

They are very pushy then demonstrates a $300 straightener on your hair you will love then sends you home with a straightener that is worth about $10 that you paid between $90 and $170 for.The receipt says no refunds but they never tell you that. So when you dispute it with your credit card company they will give your money back but this company will fight it and because the receipt says no refund they will give the money back to the company. So the only thing you can do is call local news law enforcement or start a consumer class action lawsuit
