“Ordered 5 printed hoodies of different sizes and colours for a tradeshow. They arrived promptly and were better quality than expected. Thank you very much. We hope to order something again in the future.”

“I cant stress enough that this company is a con and a scam and should be shut down. Its appalling that they can mput up a website, some fake reviews, and get away with stealing people's money. I ordered tea shirts --- on the promise stated online that they would deliver within 24 hours, of course as many others have stated, that promise is a lie, they actually take weeks to deliver. Their customer service person is a rude and patronising b---ch who gives you the run around sending you on journeys through chat discussions to phone calls, to emails in order to avoid giving a refund when you discover you have been conned. It took me THREE WEEKS to get a refund, and I lost 7 pounds in paypal fees on the transaction anyway. They should be shut down!!! Let everyone you know know these people are the worst scam artists on the internet.”

“I join most of the folks hear to confirm this is a scam company with appalling service. They are unethical and rude. I went online to order t-shirts. I chatted with the customer service person. on their site it says same day delivery which is why i wanted to use them. I asked the customer service person to confirm this as i was leaving the country. she dliberately waited until the order went through to tell me that they dont offer same day delivery and that in fact it would take several weeks to process and ship the order. I immediately requested a refund. She lied and said it had been processed which was not true. Then she told me to call the company to discuss. I called and found I was speaking to the same person I had been chatting with who proceeded to again give me the run around. promising to cancel the order and not doing so. I called paypal and they said the order must be cancelled by the vendor who should provide a cancellation number. They refused to give me one. Flash forward to two weeks later -- the money was withdrawn from my account. It took me about THREE HOURS using their circular automated system, to finally get the self same person on the line, who pretended not to know who I was and gave me more run around before FINALLY giving me the refund I had asked for TWO WEEKS BEFORE. These people are a scam. RUN FOR THE HILLS.”

“We went with this website as it appeared that they are the quickest to print and dispatch. It turns out that their "guarantee" is nothing but a false promise, and a failure to honour the guarantee happens all the time from the other genuine reviews I have read. Failure to "guarantee" the dispatch basically results in them giving you a £10 voucher off a future purchase. Separate to this, the print quality is substandard and faded on all the t-shirts we have received.”

“Terrible service do not use them! The customer service people are rude. They don’t have a real phone number to call so you have to wait ages for an email response. Waited weeks for an order to never arrive. They refuse to cancel orders and give refunds. I now have the headache of going through the bank to get a refund back. This company is an absolute con!”

“AVOID! Twice in a month orders have been WRONG or SERIOUSLY DELAYED in just shipping, then they blame Royal Mail (who I use daily and have zero issues with my first class items arriving next day) but I'm told I have to wait an ENTIRE WEEK after dispatch for them to replace the items they sent late! Disgusting service. Ignored my request for the automatic code given when sending small parcels with Royal Mail.”

“Don't buy from this company. They claim same day despatch but my order is 3 days late and they tell me its 650th in the print queue. Customer service is non existent - the phone doesn't get answered and the chat is robotic. Seriously let down two children who needed their t-shirts for their fundraising event.”

“This company is a con, and is trading as Street Shirt and Tshirt Foundry. I ordered two t-shirts on Monday, with the promise that they would be sent the following day. By Thursday they still were not sent, and they customer service advisor I spoke to (Katrina - with a stock photo profile) said it would definitely be sent. I asked for a refund because something felt wrong. I was told that the refund policy (which is stated in big bold letters on the website) did not apply to "bulk" orders. Apparently two tshirts is classified as a bulk order. Save yourself the hassle of having to claim money back from your card provider. Do not buy from this company.”

“POOR. AVOID. The delivery claim of next day dispatch is a complete fiction. Would report to Advertising Standards Authority but of course that's why they have the Voucher (useless) policy, to get away with this.”

“i have been trying to contact them urgently by phone all morning the telephone number they provide doesn't reply!!!!! the previous order i did the quality of the shirts and the quality of the printing was really low.... Please Streetshirts give a real telephone number where customer can discuss their isssues if they need to!!!! good luck”

“I used streetshirts to order a bulk of a sports team trip clothing. It was all just a logo, some text on the front and a nickname on the back! It was all of decent quality,.. minus a few smudges on the text printing but this won’t be an issue for its purpose. It’s dispatch was late by only a day and as stated on the website you get the £10 voucher (valid for 3 weeks) . Happy with my purchase. I would suggest ordering a sample first if you’re going to order in bulk!”

“Poorly printed and the design was stretched & distorted. I designed my T-shirt on their website & the colours are nothing like the image & the print is really faded. The image is also half way down the T-shirt too. Be aware that the T-shirt sizes are also really out! The fitted comes in one size smaller & the other came in 2 sizes too big! Customer service has also been really poor.”

“Absolutely shocking. I cannot believe what this company are even doing. 10th Dec - Ordered online - offered dispatch date of 11th Dec. with 1st class royal mail delivery. 11th Dec- no confirmation of my order being placed - so i contact them and they tell me everything is okay with guarantee dispatch date of later that afternoon. 12th Dec - no confirmation of dispatch - i contact their automatic webchat again to be told they are now busy but will send me a £10 voucher to redeem on any future orders (you will be lucky to see my name again). i ask for order to be cancelled or a £10 refund instead but i just keep receiving an automated email explaining they will send me a £10 voucher when they decide to dispatch my jumper. I ordered my secrect santa gift through streetshirt instead of anyone else as they promised a dispatch date to arrive before friday. It isn't until you read their terms fully - it explains nothing is guaranteed. I now have to order a new jumper from another company that have guaranteed to post next day so will still receive before this company. I cannot believe you have so many positive reviews when you do not have one actual person to speak to. SHOCKING.”

“Have bought many items now from Streetshirts all bar 2 have had no issues what so ever. The T-shirt I recently purchased had a little over spill on the print design from the area around the logo which should have been cleaned in design before printing. This was resolved 100% to my satisfaction with no fuss or quibble....really can't rate these guys high enough!”
