“I was conned into giving a review with the offer of a free t-shirt. The company then reneged on the free t-shirt offer after I had posted the review and since I seem unable to retract my review and I'm doing another one here to warn others. This is possibly the worst company I have dealt with customer service wise. I've had a couple of run-ins with them that have really stressed me out. They reply with gobbledegook messages. They have customer services representatives who turn into directors overnight. I actually don't believe they are real people replying but some form of AI, with pictures of people attached to their messages, as they don't ever seem to read my complaint, just reply with nonsense gobbledegook. Their t-shirts are OK, but I've noticed that a few with script print on, the print is starting to badly fade after just a few washes. Don't get conned into giving a positive review on the back of a free t-shirt offer. Once you have posted the review they will want to charge you for the t-shirt you have designed to obtain the free offer. I have reported them to Trading Standards.”

“Ordered 10 days ago, still not even showing as produced despite claiming they make and send the next day. Email to customer services just got a "Its in the queue" response. Absolutely does not provide the level of service they claim. Used the voucher for delayed delivery, and the second order took over a week too, and you don't even get a voucher (which they don't tell you until you've placed the order) if it was already a voucher used to place the order Absolutely avoid, you will not get your item on time.”

“I have placed and order 2 weeks ago. When I have placed the order, I've been informed it will be dispatched the same day. Unfortunately it hasn't been dispatched yet. I called them, lady I spoke with said usually items are dispatched within 5 working days which is fine. I asked her why mine hasn't been dispatched yet and she hang up on me. I emailed them and asked when order will be dispatched as they are extremely late. I've been told they don't know dispatch date but they are happy to cancel my order? Why are they even having the business if they prefer to cancel order then do them?”

“Products did not arrive in time and when I asked to cancel the order they refused even though it had been sitting there, un-printed for 3 days so hadn't even been made yet. When the product arrived the quality was awful plus event I needed it for had passed. Don't use this company.”

“USE ANOTHER COMPANY THIS SITE IS A SCAM Firstly the feedback is either fake or selective and the satisfaction score is fraudulent. If you look at other review sites you will discover they are known for late delivery. “I ordered 9 t-shirts from Streetshirts lured in by the Guaranteed 24hr Delivery promise. The fast delievery was the key as I needed the t-shirts for a party in 24hrs time. My order involved custom designing all 9 t-shirts, selecting sizes, colours, photos, fonts. After spending an hour om the designs, I checked out. The basked had all items showing "24 hours" in bright pink font. I paid for the items, only to realise that the delivery date was 80hrs away, not 24. I immediately jumped on a Live Chat and was told that the delivery date was shown before I clicked to pay. I tried to cancel, but was told that wasn't possible. The company lure you in under false pretenses and offer no Customer Support when you try to resolve the issue with faster delivery or a refund. Advertising 24hrs and delivering in 80. What a joke!”

“Do not use this site. One shirt the image was printed on an angle. The other was blurry and smeared in parts, and on the wrong colour t shirt. They refused to cover the return shipping costs saying that it wasn’t faulty. Claimed the image I used was the issue (I submitted a ultra high res vector image) No quality check whatsoever. Awful dismissive attitude, just copy and pasted the refund policy over and over. I had to resort to PayPal to get my refund as they claimed it wasn’t faulty. I’m now going to resort to legal action over breach of contract. All this could have been resolved with an apology and a refund of my incurred costs.”

“Next day delivery in their website means " you will get your order with delay" Avoid them, they have no integrity !!!! I ordered a gift for my friend's birthday a few days in advance, I checked the delivery date on their website before placing my order to avoid disappointment, Even I talked to them via web chat to chase it up and making sure it will arrive on time and I specified it is urgent, although they still had time to prioritise my order, they did not care about my request, they just said sorry for delay we will give you discount voucher !!!! Seriously ! I will never use this website again and they can keep the discount for themselves !!!”

“Bought a shirt for a friend for a Secret Santa and spent the best part of half an hour designing it and ordering it, upon doing a group unwrapping we found out the T-Shirt was completely misprinted and looked nothing like it did in the designer. Now my friend is stuck with a stupid shirt where he can't even read half the text printed on the shirt due to overlapping. Go somewhere else.”

“Shocking customer service. I'd used streetshirts for the past year or so and they were very hit and miss. Items wouldn't arrive and you had to request countless remakes and just recently it seems their customer service team have given up. 3 t-shirts I ordered never arrived. I was told wait until day X, then day Y and now after almost a month in being told I can have a voucher and to wait another week when I've asked for a refund countless times. I'd look at alternatives with better customer service before using this company.”

“Unfortunately my experience with Streetshirts was very disappointing. I'm familiar with design and garments having worked in both industries. I uploaded a vectored file and using their online tool, applied the design to two t-shirts. I scaled the design so it covered the chest of the t-shirt in the designer and the preview image also showed this. When I received the t-shirts, i had a small print more like a 'badge' in the middle of the t-shirt. When I contacted their customer support, they just said that the confirmation will have had a print size in cm and that is what the print will be. When I pointed out that I didn't enter any dimensions when using *their* design tool, I scaled it proportionally to the t-shirt, they just kept coming back asking me to measure the print with a ruler. The photo shows what I received and what their website told me I'd get (inset)”

“Not in the least bit impressed with these guys. I ordered a t-shirt for a special occasion following a bereavement so it meant a great deal. I paid using paypal and all i received from streetshirts was an email saying, 'we will start your order once you have paid'. I had paid. I emailed them and got no reply. I emailed again when it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to and there was still no info from them. I eventually got a reply saying it had been made but not sent. So, to summarise, no email confirming completed order, no email confirming payment, no tracking or status email (if they have even sent today) and it is now 6 days since the order and 3 days since it was due to arrive. I won't be ordering from here again.”

“With their buggy site I couldn't find the way to place my order as a business account. So I placed my order as a personal (paying the full price) and wrote them an e-mail to confirm this needs to be a "white label" package. No invoice, no branding. They reply telling me that it is not possible as I ordered it as a personal customer. I instantly ask them to cancel my order so that I may rectify the situation. To which I was told it's impossible as they already started work on them. When I asked for info on how to order the garments using my "business account", I was greeted with a T&C e-mail, stating how as a business account it is my responsibility to ensure everything is ok and that I order my garments correctly. Not what I was asking, so I tried again. Between Katarina and Georgiana they have been badgering me with copy+pasted answers unrelated to my questions. Then I get an e-mail stating they haven't even received the garments to be printed on. I have been lied and deceived by their support staff and I am not even closer to getting my t-shirts. As this was an urgent situation I made arrangements elsewhere. I have raised a dispute with PayPall to get my money back.”

“Extremely misleading with regards to stock avaliability, dispatch time, hiding behind covid as excuses despite advertising on thier site that they are already set up to cope. Ten days after ordering a next day dispatch of "in stock" hoodie I still have nothing except lecturing emails (only sent after I queried where my order was) initial communication was non existent. I fully expect a flood of positive reviews to come after my negative review in order for them to keep thier high star satisfaction. Strange how trust pilot shows a very different story!!”

“fake costs. the costs of the 2 shirts i ordered, with delivery, was only £22, but when the transaction was completed the total cost was at 39.93 with an extra £20 added on for “packaging”. the website never mentioned that cost and on the checkout page on the site it said the total cost was only £22. total scam. i called the phone number and even sent an email to their zen desk, which didn’t respond, and the site probably faked most its 5 star reviews with bots!”
